I had wonderful stay in Dash Living Tsukiji during my Tokyo trip.||Location:|Perfect location, walking distance to Tsukiji fish market and Ginza malls for shopping.|It’s also mins away from the metro station ||Building:|The apartment is fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, and washer , feel free to cook.

The place was really clean. Self check-in and check out. The place was really quiet, beds were comfy. I could use a couple more pillows. Small kitchenette with table for two. Very close to the Tsukiji market. Couple of minutes away from the train station. I would stay again next time we are in Tokyo.

I think the biggest drawback is that there is no flexibility in check-in and check-out. I understand that it can't be helped due to the nature of the accommodation, but traveling is such a way that things don't always go as planned. I had trouble changing the check-in and check-out times. There doesn't seem to be any Japanese speaking staff, so I can't recommend it to Japanese people.

Amazing spot, very well laid out and with all the mod cons and Japan offers. Everything was cleaned in preparation for our arrival. The kitchennete was fully equipped with pots and pans. There was no outside noise or noise from the next door neighbours. Check in and check out was easy. Thank you

Fantastic location and cozy room. Only down side was that the mattress was very soft. Me and my partner are in our 20s and found that our back felt off a few mornings.

There is no signs indicating where the hotel is. There is no staff and no amenities. Has a washer and room dryer. The rooms are very big and a great deal. Once you book make sure you look at your email thats how you get a code to enter a door you would never know is there. They have to put signs up so you know your at the right hotel. It's in a beautiful area with food everywhere it's recommended staying here

It is really a pleasant experience staying in Dash Living. The room is so comfortable and has washing machine and drying function in bathroom, so that it is so convenient and perfect for family trip. Everything is perfect and sure will stay again once back in Tokyo.

Four tourists from Taiwan🇹🇼 stayed in Room 501 for 13 days. The living space is great, and the bathroom has a drying option so you can dry your washed clothes in there and have them dry when you get back from an outing. The place to throw away trash is just outside the first floor. The trash room (yes, there is a Trash Room note on the door) can be opened directly. The door is not locked. It's convenient to go anywhere. I will choose this place again when I come to Japan in the future. Thank you Dash Living Tsukiji🙏 for giving our family a great experience.

spacious and functional studio, large bathtub, separate toilet, washing and drying machine, small kitchen and living roomhowever the bed is too small for 2 adults of 6’2” & 5’7” unfortunately…the mattress and pillows are also too soft and we wake up feeling lethargic instead of energisedgreat location to tsukiji and ginza but it is not convenient to the main train lines as it takes a long walk with luggages when changing lines

Overall the airbnb was great, easy to check-in, instructions are aplenty, in multiple languages and fairly clear. The particular room we stayed in (901) was rather squeaky (including the really small bed) but otherwise pretty good.5 min walk to tsukiji market and tsukiji station.Bathtub was great, although you had to fill it up via the hand shower (I.e. not using a tap)Random smells in the toilet / shower.

I stayed here for 4 days for the Tokyo Marathon and it was so convenient and accessible. I love that it has a kitchenette and washer and dryer.
Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Tokyo. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic for a longer term stay. Good sized apartment with a small kitchen well suited for cooking breakfast. Easy to find, with quick access to several subway lines near Tsukiji. A nice balcony you can use for drying your clothes, with a small table for two. Building requires coded entry to get in, and elevator has a camera so you can see if there are people inside before you enter.
