It has been about 13 years since my husband started going to a hospital in Tokyo, and each time we have enjoyed hot spring inns in Izu and Hakone called hot spring baths, but this place is in the top 3. It was an inn. The interior and garden have a calm and dignified feel, the tasteful furniture, the hospitality of the staff, the deep ocean water bath that you can feel is good for your body, the elegant meals, the cozy guest rooms, and the back of the Nakai restaurant where you can enjoy the meals. Mr. Gen. I was impressed with everything. As expected, it was an inn that was called a state guest house. I think the most important elements of an inn are food and customer service. Mr. Okumoto had the biggest smile and had fun stories, and we left the inn feeling blessed.

I've stayed at quite a few hotels and inns, but this was the best I've ever stayed in.Deep ocean water baths have a high salt concentration, so you can take a relaxing bath and feel like your body is floating. The food tasted like the most exquisite Kyoto cuisine.I thought everything was wonderful and delicious.Breakfast is an impressive area!Recommended for those who want to enjoy delicious food and a relaxing time.

The room has a good atmosphere and there is an open-air bath.Breakfast and dinner were delicious and great!Because the amount is small and not enoughWe talked about going for ramen after we finished eating. Finally, after refilling the rice and miso soup,Ramen with a really full stomachSorry for not going 🤣It was so relaxing at the hotel. It was my first time!I was given tea sweets, but there weren't too many Japanese sweets.I don't like it, but it's really deliciousI was surprised! !Last trip for two before giving birth!Surprise late proposalI cried when I asked 😂The store staff seemed to be very cooperative as well.My husband looked satisfied too!It was a great memory!Looks like the view from the smoking area was nice.My husband loved it! lolI would definitely like to go again 😌

*Visit in 2023・In conclusion, it was much better!・Is it because the management changed from DHC to Orix?・Anyway, the changes in the “meal” aspect are impressive.・I improved my level to the point where I wanted to stay one more night.・Another change is the bath in the room. I remember that the spring quality was more salty when I visited before, but it seems like it's just normal. It was a hot spring. I wonder what this was...・However, it's not that it's bad, it's just that one feature has been lost.*Visited around 2018■GeneralOverall, the hardware is very good.I feel like I have a good soft side and a shy side. Even though it's called soft, it's the "meal" aspect. But overall, it's not a bad idea to go, and I think I'll go again if I have the chance.■Buildings, roomsIt's really good, it's excellent.First of all, not only the overall design of the building, but also every part of the building has surprises and goodness that make you say, "Wow!".Do you think that each room is a "home"? There is a "front door" and the open-air bath attached to the room is not a typical bath, but it is the largest ever and has a design that will make you go "Wow" (I want you to try this). The separation between the living room and bedroom is also see-through, allowing perfect light to enter, making it comfortable and impeccable. (Especially the bath, seriously)Oh, and I think hotels tend to think about things like the quantity and quality of towels, toilet paper, etc., which seem like easy targets for cost cutting, and say, ``Well, this is good enough.'' This was also great.■Open-air bath in the large public bathIt wasn't a bath I just built, but it had some similarities with the open-air bath in my room, so it was very comfortable.■Dinner (Bistro Akazawa)This was not so good.First of all, the food is very ordinary. Or rather, it may not be good enough. . .There wasn't any particularly delicious food, and I had a strong feeling that it wasn't going to come out in the future, so I didn't order enough to fill my stomach. The beer was also ``Is this fresh?'' It wasn't smooth either.I think it's a mistake to ask someone to say "Please" even though you're calling yourself a restaurant.■BreakfastAs always, the hardware side is wonderful and makes you say ``That's good'' and ``Oh, that's great.''As for the food, even the rice was so cold and solid that I thought it had been served during preparation. This was disappointing. Although the taste is normal and not bad at all, once you realize that this kind of "thinking" is coming out, you immediately become disappointed. Even if it doesn't taste bad at all. Also, the staff were working boringly again lol■StaffEveryone at the entrance was seriously amazing. All of them, all of them were good. This is great education and professionalism. In this case, the idea is, ``Let's have professionals behave like professionals, let's make them feel comfortable working with us, and let's behave in a way that makes people think that we're treating good customers.'' It's something we create together. That being said, these are great.■Overall 2I think it was good, and now that I'm writing it again, I think so.

Dinner/breakfast was very delicious. In particular, the breakfast salad was fresh and memorable. The room was kept fairly clean, but the temperature of the open-air bath with deep ocean water was so low that it didn't warm up even after soaking for a long time...Although you cannot take home toiletries, skin care products for women (cleansers and lotions) are available and convenient.Although it was said that the room was fully booked, it was comfortable and I didn't have to pass many other customers. The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and all the staff provided very pleasant customer service.Even though I made a reservation by phone in advance, I was unable to experience the attached beauty salon as it was fully booked. The atmosphere seemed nice, so I'd definitely try it next time. Depending on the time? Since it is popular, we recommend making reservations early.

During my New Year's holiday trip with my family, we stayed at various hot spring inns during our two-week itinerary. Among them, the service at Akazawa Geihinkan was the best. He was very courteous and polite and always greeted me with a smile. I'm grateful that I can still experience the same etiquette I had at a hot spring inn 10 years ago. I would like to express my admiration for this kind of courteous service attitude and give it a very high rating.

I booked this inn on short notice because I wanted to relax by myself, and it was very nice. The customer service was excellent, and the deep ocean water bath was like lotion. The bath in the room is very large, and the room also has an open-air bath, so there are few people who use the large bath, so you don't have to worry about it being crowded. The food was not luxurious, but it was healthy and good for the body. The morning salad was fresh and delicious.Things I wish could be improvedIt would be nice to have pajamas or samue in addition to the yukata. It's nice to have free drinks other than water in the fridge.Recommended for those who want to relax in a quiet environment.
