It has been about 13 years since my husband started going to a hospital in Tokyo, and each time we have enjoyed hot spring inns in Izu and Hakone called hot spring baths, but this place is in the top 3. It was an inn. The interior and garden have a calm and dignified feel, the tasteful furniture, the hospitality of the staff, the deep ocean water bath that you can feel is good for your body, the elegant meals, the cozy guest rooms, and the back of the Nakai restaurant where you can enjoy the meals. Mr. Gen. I was impressed with everything. As expected, it was an inn that was called a state guest house. I think the most important elements of an inn are food and customer service. Mr. Okumoto had the biggest smile and had fun stories, and we left the inn feeling blessed.

I've stayed at quite a few hotels and inns, but this was the best I've ever stayed in.Deep ocean water baths have a high salt concentration, so you can take a relaxing bath and feel like your body is floating.The food tasted like the most exquisite Kyoto cuisine.I thought everything was wonderful and delicious.Breakfast is an impressive area!Recommended for those who want to enjoy delicious food and a relaxing time.

Dinner/breakfast was very delicious.In particular, the breakfast salad was fresh and memorable.The room was kept fairly clean, but the temperature of the open-air bath with deep ocean water was so low that it didn't warm up even after soaking for a long time...Although you cannot take home toiletries, skin care products for women (cleansers and lotions) are available and convenient.Although it was said that the room was fully booked, it was comfortable and I didn't have to pass many other customers.The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and all the staff provided very pleasant customer service.Even though I made a reservation by phone in advance, I was unable to experience the attached beauty salon as it was fully booked. The atmosphere seemed nice, so I'd definitely try it next time. Depending on the time? Since it is popular, we recommend making reservations early.

During my New Year's holiday trip with my family, we stayed at various hot spring inns during our two-week itinerary. Among them, the service at Akazawa Geihinkan was the best. He was very courteous and polite and always greeted me with a smile. I'm grateful that I can still experience the same etiquette I had at a hot spring inn 10 years ago. I would like to express my admiration for this kind of courteous service attitude and give it a very high rating.

I booked this inn on short notice because I wanted to relax by myself, and it was very nice.The customer service was excellent, and the deep ocean water bath was like lotion.The bath in the room is very large, and the room also has an open-air bath, so there are few people who use the large bath, so you don't have to worry about it being crowded.The food was not luxurious, but it was healthy and good for the body.The morning salad was fresh and delicious.Things I wish could be improvedIt would be nice to have pajamas or samue in addition to the yukata.It's nice to have free drinks other than water in the fridge.Recommended for those who want to relax in a quiet environment.

I thought I'd like a room on the first floor with a view of the garden, but I ended up getting a room on the second floor.However, the stars at night looked quite beautiful, so I was very satisfied even on the second floor.The bath is deep ocean water with a high salt concentration, making it feel like your body is floating.It warmed me to the core and felt very good.

The lobby, hallways, rooms, and public baths were all very clean and the food was delicious. It was very quiet as there were only a few rooms, which was nice. The staff who greeted me and everyone else was very kind and friendly, and I would definitely use the hotel again. After returning home, I noticed that I had left something at the hotel and when I inquired about it, I was told it wasn't there, so I gave up, but then they said, "Oh, it's there." I asked them to specify a date for me to pick it up, and at first they said OK, but then later. Since the museum was closed on that day, I was asked if I could specify a time, so I said yes, but the next day I was told again that it was not possible. It was very unpleasant. It was my fault for forgetting something, but I didn't receive a single word of apology for having to change things up and down again. It was a big difference from the person who dealt with me at the hotel. It's not my fault for forgetting something, but as someone who works in the same customer service industry, the way they treated me was extremely unpleasant.

It was a wonderful inn with a quiet, luxurious and beautiful building, a unique bath, and moderately frank customer service where you could receive comfortable hospitality. To be honest, I don't know how effective the deep ocean water is, but the large communal bath with steps that get deeper as you go forward allows you to enjoy the hot water in a variety of positions, so you won't get tired of it, and above all, the food was healthy, fresh, and really great! Even though it mainly consisted of vegetables and seafood, it was quite filling, and everything in the seasoning cooker was beautifully arranged with ingenuity and style, and it was so delicious that I couldn't stop talking about the food I was eating the entire meal. However, the open-air bath with the room was very painful, probably due to the salt, and the temperature was mild during this season, so I warmed up in the large public bath, so it might not be a good place to stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the landlady who came to greet us quickly was a really fun person.

Cheers to the staff who strive to provide the best facilities and the best hospitality possible.This inn, formerly operated by DHC, is a fairly high-end accommodation facility on the premises.As you enter the building, you will be greeted by a large Nishijin textile decoration and a well-kept garden.Apparently this is the only facility where you can use the deep ocean water that is the source of DHC's cosmetics 24 hours a day, and that alone was a luxury.All rooms have an open-air bath, so it's perfect for those who want to enjoy a private space.The large communal bath is also designed in a way that you don't usually see, so it's a good idea to look forward to that as well. I'm surprised.Since it is a high-end route, children are only allowed to stay if they are junior high school age or older.The food is also great. I have nothing but praise, so that's all.Ah, but at the end, I would like to thank the staff for making it such a fun time.An elderly man and a young woman were in charge of the service, and they served customers in a really pleasant manner throughout the day.Please let me ask you again. thank you very much.

As you enter through the stately stone approach, the well-maintained garden will soothe your soul. Women are happy because their skin becomes smooth in the hot springs. The staff are also classy and kind. Nakai-san, Mr. O, is an intelligent and lovely person who explained things in an easy-to-understand manner without being pretentious. I would like to come again soon.

If you're going to spend 50,000 yen per night, I think there are other options.The room had a musty smell, and even though I tried opening the window to ventilate, there were so many insects outside that I hesitated.Are the fittings and ceiling moldy because there is an open-air bath in the guest room? Even though deodorizing is difficult, I thought it would be nice to have something like incense in addition to an air purifier.I had a mosquito repellent incense burnt in the open-air bath in my room, but it ran out when I tried to take a bath in the morning, so I wanted a 12-hour type.The only service is a welcome drink and herbal tea before bed.The customer service was polite, but there was something missing.Explanation of indoor facilities, guidance of adjacent facilities, confirmation of transportation when returning home. It makes you realize that you can't learn anything if you don't ask.Another disappointment is that the interior equipment is from the DHC amenity series.
