Disgusting place 🤮 Very bad from the moment I walked inside 👎🏻 a poor excuse for a hotel. I’m not going to believe any excuse they respond with..if they even bother to own up to anything. Staff lied about the parking being “ reserved” when you could fit multiple cars in there all day & everyday. Wouldn’t allow us to park our tiny kei car in their parking (which WAS advertised) but allowed Japanese guests to park there in front of us as we were leaving. They were not reserved. Wasted our time driving to 6 parking full parking lots they suggested on a map. They didn’t care about our problem & did nothing to help, just palmed it off because we already paid for the room online. The staff tried to play dumb & were dismissive when we asked why we couldn’t park in their empty lot even though they could understand English. We had to carry our luggage from far away back to the hotel in the cold & we have to pay extra parking fees on top of this. They also gave us a smoking room when we asked for NON smoking with no offer of reimbursement. It’s a big shame because the place looked glamorous online but the treatment from staff & cleaning was far from it.

Great value hotel. Hotel is not big and has a boutique type of feeling. You get all you need. It is clean, quiet and the service is good. Breakfast was also very satisfying. To the bus and train station it is 2min walk. We were able to leave out luggage for two days when we went climbing Fuji.

I did not have breakfast option. The rooms were great, even the smoking rooms. For the price and service, it is 100% worth it. I paid about 26800 yen for a two night stay for two people. The bed was comfortable, and the provided night gowns were great. Room service was great.I felt welcomed by the staff, however I did not talk to them at length. They always greeted me and I smiled back.I had no trouble sleeping, as it was quiet enough. The clubs just a block down was a plus.

The room was just gross. Though the pictures look nice and it seems that the lobby was renovated, the room we were assigned to was just not clean. Carpeted floor is completely stained, and they also had a disgusting mat around the sink that I removed because it grossed me out too much. Pink stains in the bathroom. Dusty counters and lamps. Bed was fine and relatively comfortable. Luckily we arrived very late and had to leave very early for work so we spent very little time there.Just do yourself a favour, don't book here.

Considering the price, the cleanliness of the rooms, very handy and solid buffet breakfast and the proximity to Mishima station, this hotel is ideal for a sleepover. Although due to its location it can be a bit noisy during the night (boozing district around) especially during the weekend, it's not that bad.

This is a fairly average hotel. I spent 10 nights here and, while comfortable, it was hardly great. The rooms are fairly clean, except for the carpets and all but one of the hotel staff were friendly - the other was rather patronising in a Japanese way. They didn't have a non-smoking room for the first few days and the pillows stunk of tobacco. Expecting a room change a few days in, I persevered. The room change did not eventuate. The cleaners were okay, but they did forget to do things each day like miss water, not refill the soap or drink making material. Also, I noted that after they clean every day, they leave all the doors open in our floor open to, I assume, air them out. I know this is uber safe Japan, but still. Not the best of stays.

Travelled from Kawaguchiko and stayed for one night. We were not aware how close to the station is this hotel which is handy if you are staying one night or two days. …

Stayed here for two nights. The room is small but it's practical. The only thing is that the bed is really small for two people. Staff was very nice and they have a tiny breakfast area in the lobby with a lot of options. Also very close to the station and lots of public parking.
