I used the K site solo for 2 days and 1 night at the beginning of October. It rained until the morning of our stay, so the campsite was quite muddy.K site is located a little high up, so depending on the type of car, you may be unable to climb up. That actually happened to me. (introspection)I talked to the owner, and he asked me to drive it to the site on his behalf. Thank you for your help. Therefore, if it is raining, it is better to use sites A to C or the deck site unless your car is resistant to mud.As others have written, in the morning, a tame donkey comes to eat the grass on the premises, but he seemed interested in what happened after the bonfire and licked the bonfire sheet. Therefore, it is best to clean up the ashes immediately after the bonfire is over. Also, it's in the mountains, so of course there are a lot of insects.Among the things I saw this time, there were moths, praying mantises, grasshoppers, spiders, and gnats. For those who are concerned, we recommend visiting during a time when there are no insects.I've written a lot about it, but overall I think it's a good campsite.I will go again in hopes of encountering the badgers that I didn't get to see this time.

The site, toilets, and kitchen are well maintained and clean.Izu has many campgrounds that are small and close to each other, but this one is spacious and comfortable. The price is not too expensive in Izu, so I can recommend it.Wouldn't it be nice if the toilet had a sensor light? The shower cost 400 yen for 9 minutes, but I didn't have change so I couldn't use it.

We used the deck site for 3 nights and 4 days.A power supply is an option for 1,000 yen/day, and since the outlet is under the deck, the power cord should be about 10 meters long. It is convenient that the site is equipped with running water. The advantage is that you don't have to carry a bulky plastic tank ☺️There are no roads nearby, so there is no sound of cars running, but at night you can sometimes hear the sound of squeaks. You can hear it even when there is no wind, so it's not a wind farm fan as others have written...I don't know what kind of noise it is, but it might not be suitable for people who want silence at a campsite.A pony in the morning? will come to say hello 🐴I think I’ll try it again in winter⛄️☺️

I used it for 2 nights and 3 days. The site is spacious, the toilets and kitchen are clean, and the firewood is cheap. As already pointed out, you can definitely hear the sound of windmills. However, the sound and volume reminded me of an airplane flying in the distance, so it didn't bother me that much. The only downside is that the road leading to the site is too narrow and slippery.(The attached photo is the road to the site that continues deep into the mountain)If you are visiting by family car, the sites adjacent to the plaza are probably the limit you can pass.As this campground is currently undergoing development and improvement, we recommend that you contact the property manager before making a reservation.

It was a very nice campsite, spacious, clean toilets and kitchen! This is a comfortable campsite where trash is collected. The managers were very kind and helpful. There are also town-run hot springs nearby, where you can relax and unwind.

I used Site A during the second half of Golden Week🏕️A mulberry tree grew at the back of the site, and the fruit was shaped like a bell. The ripe mulberries will be ready to eat soon. The tree is so tall that I can't get it without a ladder. It was also near the kitchen. The firewood sold at the campsite was cut into pieces of just the right size, so it was easy to use. Also, the faucet in the kitchen was retro and cute⭐️

Most of the information has been written by other people, so this is just a supplement. This is a campsite with a handmade feel that was developed by an old man who quit his job as a manager. I heard that it was maintained almost by one person, and it's so neatly built that you can't help but wonder how much it's done.It seems that there are basically few customers because it is still not well known and the camping boom due to the coronavirus has ended. On the other hand, I think it's suitable for people who want to spend a quiet and relaxing time. In this day and age, prices are low compared to other sites in the area that have gone up in price.Basically, all the areas other than the sections are hilly and some parts are unpaved, so you have to be very careful when driving a vehicle, but I think you can drive a normal car into all the sections (off-road vehicles are recommended). The manager is not always on site, so it's a good idea to check his cell phone beforehand. ☆ means expectations for the futureSmall site ¥5,000 ~ Medium site ¥8,000 ~ Discount available on weekdaysAs of April 2024

Shower facilities have been added! The donkey will come in the morning. Chagall, DALII didn't touch it because there was a blood-sucking tick on my face, but I will.Be careful as they may try to eat the edges of the tent. They sold firewood and charcoal. It's cheaper than the roadside station and the quantity is larger. On windy days, the two wind turbines rotate strongly, creating a low-pitched wind noise. Those who are concerned may not be able to sleep. The friends I went with couldn't sleep. It's okay if you have earplugs. The sink in the kitchen is low, so if you're over 175cm tall, you'll have a lot of back pain.175cm, 180cm, and 183cm all had lower back pain.Designed for hobbits. The toilet has a washlet and is quite clean. However, there is a barricade at the entrance to prevent wild animals, so be careful not to fall.I think the complete solo rate is high on weekdays during the off-season.No open flames allowedIt's basically a wild-looking campsite.

There is a 7-Eleven, the last convenience store before entering the mountain. There is a roadside station a little further away, which is convenient. As you go into the mountain, there is a small signboard along the way, but it may be a little hard to see.The owner is kind and friendly.Unfortunately, when I made the reservation, I was not informed that there would be an additional 500 yen charge for each person during the three-day holiday. The restrooms at the campsite are in good condition.Firewood is 500 yenThe areas are also well separated. There are also cans for disposing of charcoal.Garbage will be collected if it is separated. This is my second time using the facility, and I have never seen any campers making noise late at night or having a bad attitude, so I hope I can continue to use it with peace of mind.
