I used it for day use. For day use in the area from Roppongi to Azabu, I would miss this one, as the other hotels were quite expensive, so I researched the rooms and selected one.I thought that the black-based furniture and accessories were very reminiscent of a designer's room, which was very nice. Also, I thought the room was nice for relaxing alone or for two people, with a larger bed and sofa than a normal business hotel. I didn't check it because I don't know the details, but I didn't feel like the room was broken like other people had written.Looking at other reviews, the service is good. . . I was a little scared because of the stories like that, but the service (?) is what I expected. When I arrived, there was no receptionist at the counter, so someone else went to call for them, but they never came back, so I had to wait at the counter. Maybe there aren't enough people? . (The ride back was smooth.)Also, I don't know if they are currently renovating, but they were doing construction and it was noisy. I was concerned because I could hear the construction noise from the room. The same goes for construction noise, but my impression is that if you hear construction noise, it means there are people nearby, which makes you feel uncomfortable. I think we'll have to find a time for construction at some point, but maybe there's a way to do it like changing floors? I think so. I wonder if the reviews are bad because there isn't enough consideration for the service in that area. Also, it's a bit of a walk (or maybe a train ride) from Roppongi, so if you think about it from Roppongi, it's quite a distance. I think Azabujuban is OK.The room is clean as far as I can see and there is plenty of space. However, the main flaw is the lack of consideration that can be seen everywhere in the hotel industry. However, in the Roppongi area where there are only top-class hotels, there are not many hotels at this price, so in that sense it is valuable. I think those who don't care about small details will be satisfied with their stay.

I was very concerned about the dust, stains, and peeling scratches on the walls in the guest room. I don't often write reviews, but I would like to write one for reference for others.I made a reservation as a surprise for a friend.I wanted to request some decorations, so I wrote them in the notes section when making a reservation, but there was nothing specific, so I contacted them on LINE. Then, the amount differed by about 3000 yen from the amount listed on the homepage. It was over budget, but I thought there was nothing I could do about it, so I asked them to change the description on the homepage, but it doesn't seem like the change has been made yet. I don't know if there is a procedure involved, but I thought it would be rude to the guests. I think it's possible that you haven't noticed it, but if you have pointed it out, I'd like you to change it. Also, I don't know if it's broken, but I tried calling the hotel from my room and from my cell phone several times, but I couldn't get through. When you went to the front desk to say you couldn't connect, you may not have meant any harm, but did you call like this? I was asked something like that, and I didn't feel very good about it. There wasn't much explanation given, so I misunderstood and just did as I was told, putting the key in the key box in the morning and checking out, but I was also told that I still had to pay for the decorations, and when I tried calling, they couldn't get through. I was worried that my LINE bill wouldn't be marked as read and my bill would increase a bit. I received a phone call and they agreed on the charges, so I was able to transfer the money with peace of mind, but in the end, I received a call asking me to confirm that the transfer was made, but it was ignored as read, so I don't know if they confirmed it or not. . I thought it would be a good hotel if the service could be improved a little more.Also, there was an electric mirror in the room, but it didn't work and someone I didn't know had a button that fell off.Normally I don't pay much attention to it, but a lot of things have made me distrustful.I was shocked because the bath was big and the breakfast was delicious.

Is there a hotel in a place like this? My friend was staying there, so I went to see it.The hotel looks like containers stacked together. The front is also comfortable if you just look at the shape.This is not a place to enjoy hotel life, but a good place to go around as a base for sightseeing in Tokyo.

My schedule for staying in Japan changed, so I added another day in a hurry.Since there weren't many hotels left, I thought about motels in downtown Korea, but I was surprised that they were cleaner and had better service than regular business hotels.You can see Tokyo Tower very well on the way. Some people intend to visit again as tourists. Access to the city is good and the hotel is not in a corner, but it is a quiet alley so it would be nice.

It was a very stylish and nice space, but there was a plastic bottle at the back of the bed that belonged to the previous guest...! The futon was also made for winter so it was a bit warm! There was no lotion, so I recommend bringing your own! There was no trash can in Mitarai, which was a bit of a problem!Other than that, the staff were kind and the space was nice, so I gave it 3 stars!thank you very much.

I don't often write reviews like this, but I was so impressed by how wonderful it was that I would like to write one.I booked this hotel to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday as a surprise. There was a surprise plan, so I made a reservation there. We had a detailed exchange on official LINE, and we requested the color of the balloons, and the hotel received the cake we ordered from an outside party directly and had it prepared in our room according to our requests. Even though I had a lot of detailed requests, they accommodated all of them, and when I entered the room, I was impressed by how much more wonderful the space was than I had imagined, and my boyfriend was also very happy.The room itself was very clean and I liked the inorganic feel of the space, and the bathroom was also a stylish space that stood out.Also, for dinner, I ordered it from the touch panel in my room and had it delivered to my room, and the offal hot pot, salad, and snacks were all of high quality. I was able to clean it up.At the end of the surprise plan, the hotel prepared a birthday plate for me, and my boyfriend was very surprised that it was delivered on time, and the birthday plate was so cute and awesome.I told them my requests for the layout of the room, including balloons, presents, and cake, but the staff took care of everything, so to be honest, I was worried whether my wishes were properly conveyed, but I can only say that it was perfect. It was better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend celebrating your lover, family, or friend's birthday here. Even though I made detailed requests on the official LINE, they accommodated all of my requests.I was very impressed as this was my first time at a hotel with such fashionable hospitality. I have used this before. I made a reservation because I thought it didn't feel like a hotel.The staff were kind and nice, but...When I first entered the room and went to the toilet, I was shocked to see that the toilet seat was very dirty...This was my first experience of a hotel being this dirty, so I was quite shocked. (I cleaned it myself)There was also a smell when I turned on the air conditioner, so I put up with the cold and gave up on turning on the air conditioner...It was great to have a big TV and be able to watch YouTube! However, since the previous person's login history remained the same, I was worried, wondering if the management of this hotel was okay.I think it would be nice if they could be a little more thorough about cleaning.

Not sure if they are new to hotel business or what. A day before my checkout date, the front deck knocked on my door and requested me to pay for the breakfast bills around 5000yen. Are they afraid I was going to run away for 5000 yen and insisted me to pay for it a day in advance of my checkout? I was basically shocked of their unprofessional behavior and I would never gonna stay there again for sure.

This is a stylish hotel with a black theme.Amenities are listed on the official website.[Good points]・The staff is polite.・Good cost performance considering the location and fashion.・Room service is cheap. The price is the same as going to a bar, so you can easily order room service. (There is also Seijo Ishii nearby)・They were flexible, and I was able to borrow cutlery and plates, as well as use the microwave.・Comes with water and original Japanese-style pudding.[Points that caught my attention]・As mentioned in other reviews, the cleaning is quite lax. Confetti that had been placed inside the balloons of the previous user was lying in plain sight. There were also a few hairs in the bathtub. I reduced the cleaning by 1 star because it was an aspect that I wanted people to adhere to at least before hospitality.・I had a problem and asked the staff to come to my room, but for some reason it seemed like they had taken the key with me, so when I checked out, I couldn't find it and panicked.I would have given it a 5 star if the cleaning was above the minimum level. I think it's an attractive hotel, so I wish them all the best.

For day use, the room was right next to the front desk.I was looking forward to the room service and was actually served a half-eaten pudding!They apologized and replaced it, but I get the impression that there is no detailed management.The price of the food differs between the menu and the tablet, and the quality is probably that of a family restaurant.There was only one bottle of water in the fridge.TV only shows terrestrial broadcasts, no movies etc.The amenities are the same as those at a business hotel, and there are no bath salts.Overall, hotels in the Roppongi area are definitely better.It looks fashionable, but it's a bit of a waste...I think it would be better if it was properly produced.

The person answering the phone was a very pleasant man in his 40s. It was so polite that I couldn't imagine it from photos of hotels with modern design. The room was a superior queen, but since it's in Tokyo, I feel like it was a normal size (the water area was spacious). The furniture and accessories are unified in black, which is cool. When I asked to borrow a glass or plate, the young man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. I was very satisfied with the quality of the breakfast, which is hard to believe for 500 yen. However, I was really concerned about the complexity of cleaning. The wall and door under the bathroom mirror are really dirty. It was 30,000 yen with a 50,000 yen travel discount for 2 nights, but at the regular price, I felt... I think it would be reasonable in terms of cost performance if I had gotten the cheapest room, but I think I would be disappointed if I got a suite and it was dirty. However, it's really stylish, so I want to take cool photos at parties and Instagram with my friends! I think it's good for people who say that! My impression is that it's not for people over 30 or people who are concerned about cleanliness.
