Since the check-in was unattended, it took some time to contact the owner, but I was able to check in without any problems.It's a detached house, so I felt at home and relaxed. It was comfortable because even if the children made a little noise, they wouldn't disturb the people in the next room. Everyone gathered in the Japanese-style room and played games, took a walk to the convenience store or nearby Starbucks in the evening, and soaked in the bathtub while looking at the starry sky. Both adults and children were satisfied.There was a beach about a 10 minute walk away, and we could see lots of coral.There are only the bare essentials in the room, so if you're cooking your own meals, don't forget towel paper, seasonings, plastic wrap, etc. Although there is a rice cooker, there is no measuring cup for rice, so I think this may be a hurdle for people who don't usually cook rice.I wanted to clean the room because I had made a mess, but it would have been nice if there were tools available for guests to use.

If you arrive after 7pm and cannot call the local voice phone to contact the check-in staff, you can borrow a phone from a nearby FamilyMart convenience store to contact them. The uncle at the convenience store is super nice.

The whole place is nice, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a room with tatami mats as well. Separate dining area to the kitchen. Nice outdoor bath but would have been better as an outdoor shower. Outside eating area that can be used as well. Washing machine/dryer facilities were handy. Kitchen needs more bowls, more tea towels and maybe a quicker kettle. No instructions for oven so couldn't use it.Emailed a few days before to confirm our booking and got no response, very frustrating.Check-in process needs to be a whole lot better, we got there just before check in time and there was a note saying to call a number, however we were only on data so we had to drive to find a working pay phone.Good location, close to Chaurami aquarium, Starbucks and beaches. There are restaurants and a supermarket just a few minutes drive away.

How do I check in? No one responded to my letter.

I made a reservation because it was about a 100 minute (700 yen) highway ride from Naha Airport and a few minutes from Churaumi Aquarium, but I didn't receive any confirmation calls after making the reservation (I was a little worried at that point). However...). After arriving, I parked my car in a parking lot on the side of the road, and there was a small prefabricated building that looked like a reception area, so I looked in, but there was no one there, and there was a mobile phone number in the window at the entrance. It was written that if you have something to do, call here. When I called, I was told that the key to the room was vacant and I should come in. The room itself was new and seemed nice at first glance, but it wasn't kept clean at all. There is something sticky on the desk and floor in the living room, and when I move the desk a little, a lot of leftover food and dust come out. I could see that it was OK. So, after arriving, I started by wiping down the desk and floor ^^;Also, I stayed for several nights, but according to the terms of use provided in the room, if you stay for more than 2 days, you will not be allowed to start cleaning without permission. I was looking forward to it because I had read that it would be cleaned, but there was no sign that it had been cleaned, so when I called, I was told the exact opposite, saying that cleaning would not be done unless I requested it. I did. I was told that I would be allowed in tomorrow, so I gently pointed out that it was different from the terms of service, and although there was no way I could have known, he just apologized and said he was sorry for pretending to be stupid. Also, there were many times when the Wi-Fi was slow and frustrating. (Due to the nature of the building, we would like to have at least 60Mbps, considering the use by multiple people🛜)The good thing is that the affiliated cafe for breakfast had a nice atmosphere and was very delicious. (They also deliver.) The sea is relatively close, and at the shortest route to the sea, there is a small port where we were able to see multiple colorful tropical fish that were so beautiful that you could see the bottom even inside the port 🐠Outside The bath also had an unusual feel to it, which was nice.My overall impression after staying here this time was that some of the management policies the owner has in mind may fall short of the expectations of tourists from other prefectures. However, I think that it may be a more high-class facility that can say that, so the box (facility) we prepared is more than the price, so we decided to provide the lowest level of service compared to outside prefecture standards, and we do not care whether it is cheap or bad. I think it would be good if this didn't happen. Finally, when I checked out, there was no one at the reception desk, and when I called the mobile phone number listed, no one answered. I had time to catch my flight home, so I let her go home, but I didn't receive any calls back after that, so I guess it was okay ^^;I made a reservation from a certain famous travel site, but due to some poor customer service, I will no longer use this facility.

This is a rental type villa with an open-air bath.Although the price is reasonable, it is spacious and clean inside. It's also nice that you can park your car next to it.There is no problem with wifi speed etc.Check-in is easy, if you have paid in advance via online payment, just confirm the location with the manager over the phone before entering the room, and check-out is as easy as dropping the key into the mailbox in the manager's building.The bath is a large rock bath and it was great on sunny days, but when it rains I can't take a bath because there is no roof...There was also a washing machine, refrigerator, and dryer, so it was easy to use.One thing that bothered me was the lack of cooking utensils and tableware, which was inconvenient.・The frying pan was not compatible with IH and could not be used.・There is a colander, but there is no bowl.・I think there are many people who buy and eat sashimi etc., but I wanted something to replace the soy sauce plate.・It can't be helped because it's a consumable item, but it would be helpful to have plastic wrap.・I feel like I need another trash can and cloth.Also, I think it's unique to Okinawa, but the bedroom was damp even with the air conditioner dehumidifying, so at first I slept on the bed, but the Japanese room with tatami mats was more comfortable in terms of humidity and temperature.However, the location, price, and other facilities were really convenient, and being able to hear the sounds of birds and frogs from the rich natural forest next door was a great way to spend time.I also really liked the location of the headquarters in Okinawa.What struck me during my trip was that I felt the most warmth when I visited markets and interacted with people.
