We stayed here for 2 nights in mid-July 2024. The room was well cleaned. There was no cleaning during the stay, but toiletries and towels were provided for two nights, so there were no particular inconveniences. I was happy that there was a washer and dryer in the room, which I could use every day, and that there was a bathtub and washing area rather than a unit bath.Bicycles can be rented for free, but it didn't seem to be well maintained, probably because there were few users. Additionally, there are many hills around the facility, so we recommend using a paid electric bicycle.There aren't many restaurants in the area, but I didn't have any problems because I used Hanasaki Marche, which was only a few minutes away by car.Churaumi Aquarium is a 1-minute drive away, and Fukugi trees are also just a few minutes away. I will use it again when I stay in the north 😊

・Room without meals (no dinner or breakfast)・The interior was unified in blue, typical of Okinawa, and had a great view.・It was very difficult to find the entrance because the navigation led us to the opposite road from the main side, so it would be very helpful if you could put up a big sign on the other side.・My child was very happy to receive a small soap bubble when checking in.Thank you for your willingness to exchange defective items.・Indoor hair dryer → I noticed that the fixing part was broken and the back side was also cracked.However, there were no problems with performance. I grabbed the body part and used it.・It is a 1-minute drive to Churaumi Aquarium, and I had researched the directions in advance, but I decided to go on foot.The 10 minute walk was tiring due to the many hills and the high humidity and temperature.It seems fine in spring or fall.

This is a condominium type room.All dishes and seasonings were provided in the room, so I was able to make even simple meals, which I was very grateful for.Since it is located on a hill, the sunset seen from the balcony and rooftop was very beautiful.It was convenient to be able to walk to Churaumi Aquarium and close to Fukugi Namiki and Emerald Beach.Personally, I'm glad that Towel Institute has plenty of fluffy towels in the room and in the lobby, so I was able to spend a comfortable time without having to worry about towels!I would like to use it again♪

Without staff after 18 o'clock, nothing can be solved.Foreigners are generally placed on lower floors.If you are not traveling by car, don’t go.There is nothing around, so you will be stuck there, waiting for the staff to go to work the next day, and then help you call a car out.The whole place is clean, and the drink vending machine downstairs is a life saver.The room has a washing machine, dryer, kitchen and simple kitchen utensils. It is similar to a motel bar in the United States. The bed is very, very soft. If there are two people, the other person will turn over and you will be rippling.I recommend Gongcha and Starbucks nearby. That area is easier to live in.

The hotel is like an apartment. The rooms have electrical appliances and apratment-style design (washing machine, dryer, kitchen). Whoever will clean the kitchen again, please do it well. The school has bicycles for rent. And the top floor (deck) has benches to sit on. It looks like you can do barbecue too, but you'll have to discuss the details with him again. There is a light on the side of the stairs going up. You can turn on the light during the late hours. And during the night you can see stars too. The staff seemed like they were just taking care of the apratment, so they weren't on standby during the night. The walls of the room didn't seem very thick. Because I heard a sound, not sure if it was from above or in the next room. Heard a sound like someone stomping their feet + dragging a chair late at night. The other thing is that in this area it is difficult to find food. If you want to find a restaurant, you have to drive to another zone. Who would recommend renting a car and preparing a nice restaurant for dinner + morning? Oh, the accommodation doesn't provide pajamas.

It's a great small hotel that's warm and small. It has a small elevator. It's clean and comfortable. The room is big and has everything you need. The service staff is also very good. The parking lot is right in front of the door. It's very convenient to get in and out of luggage. It's a hotel that people will come back to again.

I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 in the evening, and there was no one at the counter. Fortunately, a service staff came out to greet me later. The bed in the room was too soft, and I was very satisfied with everything else.It is about a 10-minute walk from the Churaumi Aquarium, but there are not many shops around. The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has bicycles that can be used for free, and electric bicycles are also available for rent.The hotel has a great view and you can watch the sunrise if you get up early in the morning.

It feels like a one-room apartment. Convenient as you can walk to Churaumi Aquarium and Fukugi Namiki. However, there aren't many restaurants open at night, so I have to go to the nearby Lawson or supermarket to buy some food.

It is very close to the aquarium, but its functionality is poor. There are no restaurants nearby for food. The house is a bit old and the displays inside can be seen to be a bit old. This is my second stay. All the staff are kind and the rooms are clean, with washing machines, dryers, dishes, and detergent provided. You can reach itchy areas such as seasonings 🧂. They even lend you beach towels. Just drive down the hill to Emerald Beach. Fukugi Namiki also lends out bicycles. I have decided to take my time here.I don't often stay in the same place,I will come back here again for a leisurely time.I appreciate that there is a washer and dryer in the room.

(merit)The price is definitely cheaper than the larger hotels nearby.There was a washing machine and dryer and a bathtub.It's convenient because the airport bus is 10 minutes away.(disadvantage)I'm a traveler... It got dark after 7 o'clock in March, so I couldn't see, and I had to walk 10 minutes in the mountains.You have to walk 10 minutes to go to a nearby restaurant.The room was humid, but there was a lot of mold in the dehumidifier.The lobby people were only there from 10 to 18 o'clock, so I never met them and couldn't ask any questions.

I stayed here for one night so I could visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium the next day and I wish I stayed longer! It was the best hotel during my trip in Okinawa. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, there is a washer and dryer free to use in the room, and even a small kitchen. They even have a booking option that includes a discounted ticket to the Aquarium which was waiting for me when I arrived at the room. The location is very close to the Aquarium/Ocean Expo Park, about a 10-15 minute walk.The only problem I had was that I didn't drive there and it takes a while to get to restaurants nearby by walking. The surrounding roads don't all have lights either, which can make it a bit spooky when walking by yourself once it gets dark.
