Villa with private poolThere are several similar vacation rentals and villas in the Motobu area, but this villa has good cost performance outside of the high season.The prices are a little high during the Obon period, but it is enough to meet the demand for vacation rentals.I also like that there are no services specific to vacation rentals.Positive ①I like the overall design and furniture.Positive ②The kitchen and washing machine are of good quality.Positive ③High white walls covering the entire building protect your privacy.Positive ④The location is easy to find as it is easily accessible from the main road.Negative ①I think this is due to the user's usage, but the frying pan was deformed by the heat, which was a bit inconvenient.Negative ②At this time, the electric blinds were out of order and could not block the sun at all, causing reflections on TV monitors and security concerns at night, but we were able to cover the entire building with tall white walls. Because of this, I was able to stay without worrying too much.Normally, we would have to give a very low rating for this kind of equipment failure, but we also hesitate to write a complaint easily as we provide similar services.I think it will be difficult to repair or replace it right away due to the high volume of reservations for this period, so I will not give it a low rating in this review.The pool is relatively small at 4 x 3 m.The water depth is around 1.3m, so be careful with small children!Overall, we are not dissatisfied with the quality of the vacation rentals and villas, and we look forward to visiting again.
