The female staff members are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. One of the male staff members, who was probably not Japanese, did not smile or respond in a way that would be seen as a hotel staff member, which was very disappointing.The location is very convenient as it is close to the station.Although the room is small, it is really convenient to have a washing machine that can even dry the clothes.

Great hotel with a lovely staff. The rooms are bigger than usual for Japanese standards and having a washer/dryer in the room is really great. Also had the best bed I've slept in since we got to Japan.The location is good for one thing only, having Tsukiji outer market on your doorstep. But very little nightlife or other things going on.

Conveniently located near Tsukiji, with washer/dryer and microwave in the room.The rooms are just like a cheap business hotel.The bathtub is largeMany people from overseasYou can't expect soundproofing.The room smelled of sewage, although the common areas didn't.When I use water in a nearby room, I can hear the sound and the smell gets stronger, so I have a hard time getting used to it.Even though there was a location fee, I felt the price was high.

It is located at the end of the busy aisle of Tsukiji Market.You can eat around and go home right away.The room is clean and has a mini kitchen, trouser press, and washing machine, which comes in handy especially during the sweaty months.There is also a bathtub, although it is small.Although the structure is old, the details have been renovated and it is comfortable to use.There are also free drinks available at the front desk.It's nice to be able to grab a cup of coffee on the way there.There's also ice.The location was really good and it was very helpful.After checking out, you can leave your luggage with us, so you can hang out the next day.

We visited on the weekend of September 2024!I had been interested in a fish hotel for a while, so I booked the hotel with the Shinkansen package!The room and the exterior were very clean and had all the amenities, and I was especially happy that the room included a washing machine and detergent.I came from Osaka on a business trip, and the customer service was polite and I was very happy and grateful for the room upgrade.It was a convenient and very comfortable hotel that I would definitely stay at again! ! I'm glad I stayed because I had good memories.Thank you so much!

Currently staying overnight.The same thing happened when I stayed last time, but the automatic shutoff valve in the toilet was either damaged or loose, so water was constantly flowing.If you look closely inside the room, your hair will be scattered...I can't help it because it's something people do, butWhen I called out to the front desk in the morning to tell them about this, they told me in a strong tone, as if they were telling me to go to the counter on the other side.This is a male Chinese staff member. I'm not going to tell you his name, but I'll just write him as King.Also, even though I asked them to avoid it during their consecutive stay and to check after the end of their stay,In the middle of the conversation, he replied, "Can I go to your room now and check?"It's a busy time for both of you, so let's talk smartly.At least in Japan, you shouldn't interrupt a conversation while someone is talking.The Japanese male staff who assisted us at check-in was very polite.

It's good that it has a washing machine. You can open even large suitcases. Good location too.There is a smoking room. It's also nice that it can only be used by hotel guests.There is no running water, so people who don't like tap water will have to drink it themselves.Accommodation costs are high even though there is no cleaning. It may be unavoidable since it is equipped with washing machines, IH, etc.

It is close to the subway and there is a Lawson convenience store next to it. As soon as you go out in the morning, you will see the Tsukiji Market. It is recommended for those who plan to go to Ginza and Tsukiji.

A long-term stay hotel for foreigners.Even though it's a hotel that costs around 20,000 yen per night (August 2024)The level of comfort is low for Japanese people to stay there.Beds and bathrooms are not cleaned during consecutive stays, and those who wish can only change towels and collect trash cans. You must apply for cleaning the bed and bathroom for a fee.Therefore, the cleaning of small areas is neglected, which I have never seen at other hotels, and it is extremely unsanitary.In particular, the water tank saucer of the humidifying purifier is full of mold and has never been cleaned. I always use humidifiers and purifiers in hotels, but I've never seen one this dirty.

advantage:-About five minutes from Tsukiji Station and convenient to Ginza-Going downstairs is the Tsukiji Market. There’s no need to queue until around 8 o’clock.-The room has a simple kitchen (induction cooker and microwave), a small refrigerator (double-layered, freezable), a washing and drying machine (super convenient👍👍👍)-Staff speaks good English and there is a free coffee machine on the first floorshortcoming:-The toilet is a bit old and the methane gas is very heavy🤢-There is a smoking room in front of the elevator. You must be smoked when entering or exiting.other:-Cleanliness is acceptable- If the room rate includes breakfast, you can choose one of two breakfast options (Chinese/Western style). You need to bring the refrigerated/frozen package to your room to heat it up. Restaurants that cooperate with Tsukiji Market will charge an additional fee.

Tokyu Stay Tsukiji is situated directly in the outer region of the former Tsukiji fishmarket which has been relocated. But there are still a lot of stores left, although I have to say it's quite touristic and prices in the surrounding stores are not really reasonable. The hotel however is quite nice and the prices for the rooms are cheap compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The rooms are rather small, but that's a common thing in Japan. It is not far to the next metro-station (approx. 6min walk) and Ginza is also close. I did not book a room with breakfast, because breakfast is rather inconvenient, because you have to go elsewhere (they have a few partner-shops where you can have breakfast). I think it's better to book without it and buy something in one of the hundreds convenience stores. All in all, I think the hotel is really good, and the staff is also very friendly. They also speak English quite well. I would definetly come back.

From the subway station exit, Tsukiji Station is about 5 minutes away and Higashi Ginza is about 10 minutes away.The nearby Ginza branch is right in front of Higashi Ginza Station, but it is expensive.There are many shops and restaurants selling seafood nearby, and tourists gather there from the morning.However, the subway stations are vague, so it is a bit cumbersome to get somewhere.All rooms are for two adults.It is convenient to have a washing machine (integrated dryer) and a microwave oven in each room.There are cooking utensils, but nothing to use.In particular, the washer and dryer is a very good facility that reduces the amount of travel luggage (clothing).

Very convenient in front of Tsukiji market. The building was also beautiful.Free coffee is available, and you can drink iced or hot drinks.The hotel is clean and has a drum washing machine and detergent.There is a mini sink.Check out is at 11am, so we started eating around the outside market before 8am.After checking out, you can store your luggage for free at the front desk.At night, we recommend the tavern in the basement in front of the hotel, which is reasonably priced.I want to stay here again.The store staff were also very nice.

I have been a returning guest for a few years now, and this place continues to exceed my expectations for a 3-star hotel.The location is unbeatable, nestled right in the heart of Tsukiji market with easy access to metro stations and convenience stores just a short walk away.I've read some reviews mentioning concerns about room cleanliness, but personally, I have never had any issues. It's worth noting that the hotel offers "limiting housekeeping," which includes towel changes and waste bin emptying. For additional cleaning and fresh linens, there is a small fee.The room itself is well-equipped with a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave oven, a fridge, a stove, and utensils. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they even provide laundry detergent.Plus, their WiFi is FAST!
