It's such a wonderful hotel for holiday! Super clean and the location is awesome, close to the aquarium and the beaches, love the jacuzzi, so relaxing and chill, it's got a big balcony and BBQ facility , hosts are very friendly and caring as well. Highly recommended! Thank you Jacuzzi Terrace, we really had a blast here!

Me, my sister and my mother stayed here.There were a lot of dead small insects under the curtains, and there were dead bodies on the bed and pillows too. It's even worse for people who hate insects or are germaphobic. I only stayed for one night, but after checking in and looking at the room, I wanted to leave immediately. There was no staff at the counter, so I called and asked them to clean it, but they just told me they were going to clean it and hung up on me. I asked if they hadn't cleaned it, and they said they had, but they had overlooked it. Huh? That's what it feels like.Since check-in starts at 4pm, I thought the room would be cleaned in the morning or just before check-in, but that's not the case.Even when I talk to them, they don't stop, they don't look at me, they go somewhere else, what's wrong with their customer service attitude?Also, my mother was the only one who went to the counter to check in, and my sister and I were waiting in my father's car, where he was dropping us off and picking us up, but he suddenly showed his face and then disappeared. What is that? Are you checking the number of people? It was quite unpleasant. My impression of the staff was bad from the beginning.

Quite okay, but very much a fake construction feeling with fake marble parquet and strange plastic wood on the terrace that easily breaks if you walk on it. The jacuzzi is quite small. The feeling of luxury is absent.

The boss is friendly, the space is large, the environment is clean, and the equipment is complete. It is very comfortable to live in. It is very close to the beautiful sea. I am very satisfied with my family trip from Taiwan😊

I come to the headquarters once or twice a year, but this is the first time I have rented a villa (room rental) like the facility here in Okinawa. Last time it was at Orion Headquarters Resort.The reason I rented this facility this time was because I wanted a space where I could share time with my family, friends, and local friends.In the end, we had a really fun time.I am not sure if it will be helpful for those who are coming with family or friends for the first time, but I will leave the information below.■Those who would like to have a BBQ at this facility①It was possible to have a BBQ right after arriving on the day. *Gas type grill②The BBQ net was provided at the front desk.③There are seasonings such as salt, pepper, and oil, but I think it's better to buy the basics.④For ingredients, I bought them at Big (Aeon supermarket) at the headquarters and brought them in. *It was about 15 minutes by car.⑤Plates, chopsticks, and cups are always available. I bought it as a disposable set at a supermarket. *Because it was a hassle to clean up■About breakfast①There are few places where you can eat breakfast nearby.②If moving is a hassle, it might be safer to buy one.The facility is very satisfactory.I hope the above is helpful.
