More than 10 years ago, when the northern part of the country was not as well known as it is now, I stayed at the neighboring Machan Machan and really got a feel for the laid-back nature of Nakijin. There was a rule that children were not allowed to stay at Machan Machan, so a long time passed while I was thinking of staying with my children once Tinto Tinto, which was under construction at the time, was completed. This place is run by my son and has a younger sensibility, with services and facilities that are geared towards families traveling with children, so it's very comfortable. It's also great that there is a parlor at the reception and goods such as Okinawan pottery and glassware are sold. This time, I stayed in an empty room, relaxing on the deck, swinging in a hammock on the second floor and looking at the ocean. Uppama Beach, which is just a short walk away, is empty and makes you feel like you have the wonderful surroundings to yourself. There are partner services that offer free parasols or covered tables for 2,500 yen, and discounts on marine activities.I'm sure they used to have a more luxurious breakfast, but it was just mini-sized sandwiches, rice balls, and drinks, which is a bit of a shame. There's a microwave, but you can't cook in your room, and there aren't any stores nearby, so if you want to eat a hearty meal in the morning, you'll need to buy it at a convenience store the day before.

When I was looking for a hotel in Nakijin for a solo trip to soothe my tired soul, I discovered this place and decided to check it out! As I entered the building, I saw a path with stained glass windows and said, ``It's so cute,'' as I headed to check in. During the check-in process, while sitting on the sofa, I felt something soothing. Then, I entered the room that the owner showed me and exclaimed, "What?! This is the best!"I was impressed by the calm tatami room, open balcony, and view of Kouri Island and the beautiful ocean. The accessories placed casually in the room were all cute and adorable. Everything was wonderful, including the bed, which is essential for a healing journey, and the futon with just the right amount of pressure. After having a delicious breakfast, I checked out, feeling reluctant to leave the hotel behind. “Next time, let’s stay for two nights!” I thought. I'll be visiting again soon. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality!

I stayed with my family of 4!The moment my two children entered the room, they said, ``This place is great, I want to stay there for a week.'' No, of course there is an elementary school, so it's impossible lolIt was the perfect base for visiting Kouri Island, going to the aquarium, and sightseeing in Nakijin. It was an inn I wanted to go to every year.Thank you 😊

It was my first trip to Okinawa with my 2 year old daughter! My whole family was very satisfied with staying at Tinto ☺️I like the feeling of staying in a place as if I were living there, and that's exactly what it felt like 😊My daughter wanted to go down the hill to Uppama beach every day 😂The breakfast was so delicious that the kids were looking forward to it even more than the adults 🍽 I don't usually get up in the morning, but at Tinto's, I jumped out of bed the moment the breakfast arrived 🍹He's also very particular about the water he uses, so it's like a hot spring, and my skin feels smooth after taking a bath every day🛀The view from the inn is also amazing 🥺Highly recommended for those who want to have a relaxing time while traveling, and for families with children 😊

I have been to Okinawa several times, but this is the hotel I wanted to visit, and I stayed there for 3 nights!I thought they were very thorough in their work, including explaining the surrounding restaurants, making breakfast using local ingredients, and selecting the utensils and items on display. It was also nice to be able to communicate via LINE.I forgot to take a photo inside the cozy and nice room, and I was so absorbed in chatting with the innkeeper that I forgot to take a photo in front of the inn on the way home (lol) It was also a time of year when I couldn't swim. However, I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the sea. There are no street lights around, so you can enjoy the starry sky. (I heard you can see the Milky Way)I'll visit you again (^^)

I stayed here on a workcation.I had a comfortable stay in a clean room.Above all, the view from the room was amazing, with a view of the well-kept lawn and the sea. Especially at dawn, when the soft sunlight shines through, the green of the grass and the blue of the sea shine, making it look very nice.At night, if it is clear, you can see a starry sky. It's true that there is only a beach around the inn, but there are places to eat within a few minutes' drive, and a supermarket is not far away, so I don't think you will have any problems staying there.Even if you drink alcohol, you can easily arrange a taxi so you can feel safe.It was a highly recommended accommodation.

It was the best location and the best service! The room was open and very clean, and I was able to feel the atmosphere of Okinawa! It's close to the sea and there is a service that lends out parasols for free at the beach house, which was very helpful! The stars were beautiful at night and we had a happy time from beginning to end.Next time I will stay for several nights!Thank you!
