It is located near the last bus stop at the end of Iriomote Island, so it is quiet and relaxing. There is no plan that includes dinner, but you can have your own egg-cooked rice for breakfast. There is about 1 shop and 2 restaurants in the surrounding area.

This is a place where the community center was renovated and accommodation rooms were added to the community center. This is a guesthouse or training camp type of inn.Facilities are minimal, so be sure to check what amenities are available before heading out. .Typical examples include no bath towels. Also, there is no soundproofing, so you may need to refrain from making loud noises. There is a breakfast, but it is compact with rice, raw eggs, and miso soup.It is also run by the youth group.Based on the above, let's go without expecting anything like a hotel.I know I'm writing harsh things, but personally, I've used it several times at my favorite inns. The location of Shirahama is also good.In March, you can watch a local entertainment festival at the adjacent community center, and in June, you can enjoy breakfast while looking at the snail flowers in the garden.A flying fox comes flying into the tree in front of my window. At night, you can watch the starry sky from the nearby Meridian Monument. This is my favorite inn.

(Used in May 2022)It was during the off-season rainy season, so I was the only one using it. The rice for breakfast was cooked in less than a cup, so it can't be helped, but the outside of the rice was dry. It is inconvenient that self-catering facilities, especially running water, cannot be used in the dining room. As for breakfast, I can't get it anywhere else, so I'm grateful for this service. It's a simple room, but it's clean and I have no complaints. It was comfortable with 12 tatami mats, toilet and shower. It feels like being at a training camp, and it feels nostalgic. You may have different tastes, but considering the price, I recommend it.
