You can choose a room with a bathroom, which is rare for solo travelers. It has everything you need, and you can use the shared refrigerator in the dining room. Bicycle rentals are also available for 1,500 yen per day. It will be useful for watching the sunset on the west pier after dinner.It might depend on the timing in the evening, but there was also a Yuntaku event, which I enjoyed for the first time in my life. This is a memorable guesthouse.

I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom and toilet.First of all, there is no reception, so if you call when you arrive, someone from the inn will come out.The building was clean, and there were two bathrooms with shower only and one with a bathtub, one toilet for men and one for men, and 3 sinks.Most of the meals were home-cooked and the seasoning was bland, so it might be a bit unsatisfying to enjoy while drinking.I was a little concerned that I could hear people talking from the dining room until after 10pm. The rooms with bathrooms are in a separate building, so there shouldn't be any problems.If you take the fact that it's cheap, you can pick up and drop off, and overall I think it's a good value for money accommodation.

2023 I stayed in a room on the first floor with a toilet and bathtub.If you call us after boarding the boat from Ishigaki Island, we will come to pick you up.For dinner, people who want to watch the sunset at the west pier are making arrangements to be there in time. When we visited in October, dinner time was 5:30. Dinner was delicious as usual.It is about a 10 minute walk from the inn to the west pier.There is a refrigerator in the dining room, which you can use freely. You can drink water and barley tea freely. Cup noodles and snacks are available for purchase, but if you need them, it is better to purchase late-night snacks and snacks on Ishigaki Island before boarding.The room also has a cooler. The room had just been renovated and was clean, but there was a boiler outside the window, and it was a little noisy when the boiler was running, and the ventilation fan in the kitchen was facing the entrance of the room, so it was quite annoying when I opened the front door. Masu. Also, ants and small insects came up to the futon at night, and I was bitten by the insects. This point is very disappointing.Breakfast was at 8am, so I was able to get up early and go for a walk to Kondoi Beach and Kaiji Beach. Although it is a small island, the accommodation is conveniently located.If you are planning to get around the island by bicycle, it will cost over 2,000 yen to rent one outside, but you can rent one cheaply at a hotel for just a few hundred yen. Advance reservations are required as the number of seats is limited.It was a memorable guesthouse experience that was a little different from a hotel.

Revisited after 8 years. Last time, I came because I wanted to see something scary, at the recommendation of my wife who came here when she was a student, and I enjoyed it. Is it okay to have children? I thought so in many ways, but I was surprised at how much more beautiful it turned out! ️The room, the dining room, everything. But unfortunately, Yuntaku was gone. The food is delicious, the rental bicycles are extremely cheap, they ask no questions asked, and the atmosphere of a guesthouse is great. I've stayed at a lot of places, but I've stayed at middling places like Hoshino, where I can really enjoy myself if I'm willing to spend a lot of money. If you really want air conditioning and luxury, you should look for Ishigaki.There is goodness that can only be found here 😉

It is run by a young couple who are raising children. Let's enjoy Taketomi Island by accepting the small details with Okinawan spirit. The breakfast and dinner meals were not luxurious, but they were delicious, well-balanced, healthy, and satisfying. Do you want something a little salty? I also enjoyed the evening roundtable discussion. I would like to visit you again.
