The hotel is comfortable but unfortunately the room has a very loud mattress and there is a lack of repair in the bathroom, the water tap is leaking and why are the participants not given towels etc. in their respective rooms?

Strategic location on the peak route...The room is actually quite spacious, that's all1 . There's no ammunition at all, just asking for a glass is no joke2. The bedsheets have been changed for centuries, as a result my body is itching3. I stayed 4 days for official business, not a single cleaning staff came.Actually the hotel is quite good, the rooms are also ok...Only the service is super bad...

Spent a night here after travelling from Cianjur back to Bogor.The total area is quite huge with lots of room options. Unfortunately this may be an older hotel.The room that we got looks like it has never been cleaned up, the bathroom is dirty with the glass inside already shown some worn out usageBack here again ? I think big NO

One of the hotels that I can say has the potential to be a good hotel but is lacking in building maintenance and service, the hotel could be said to be magnificent with the feel of a luxury house in the style of rich people's homes in the 90s-2000s. However, I feel that the building is poorly maintained and has minimal lighting. at night so this hotel seems to have a horror feel. Then also some facilities cannot be used such as the billiard room, there is no breakfast and the swimming pool water looks dirty This can be used as an evaluation material for the owner of this hotel. But in the morning this hotel can provide a good view.

Ordered a room a long time ago when I arrived but was given a standard twin room because it wasn't there anymore. Even though it was clear from the start, I ordered the deluxe room. The hotel is located on Jalan Puncak Cipanas, the hotel looks like a rich person's house, and after entering to enjoy it we are even more amazed at whether it is true that the low prices can provide something that cool, there are indeed many stairs that we have to climb carefully, especially for children. small, you have to be guided, the floor is good, not slippery but clean, good service, nice room, I got the Flamboyan room so it's close to the front, although a little sound of the RX-King motorbike roaring can be heard in the room because it's close to the main road, nothing AC because you don't need AC, the air is already cold to the point of shivering, you can't reduce the air temperature... π, there are kettles and electric kettles which are already full of water, there is hot water in the toilet but it's very hot if you open just one faucet, it's best you have to open both of them, so it's warm... There's a swimming pool, there are 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste, a deposit of 100 thousand and an ID card, when you check out everything is returned, right?

The room is not clean, you have to ask for towels, the bathroom is also not clean. I don't know if the bed sheets are changed before guests come in or not. There is a swimming pool, but don't check its cleanliness. There are lots of rooms but quiet.

Arrived at 13.00 hoping to get in straight away because I had noted on the ticket but it turned out I couldn't, had to stay at 2. They didn't even consider it, check first for ready rooms... "Yes, CI at 2, can't do it now"Typical of hotels in the past which were in blocks so mobility was a bit difficult including having to be escorted by the staff to your room (so you had to tip)Deposit IDR 100,000 + KTP is heldWhen you enter WAKWAWWW ππ«£ππ«£ why are you telling me to wait at 2 o'clock if it's still like this hey yeah the bathroom is like a public toilet, lots of hair can't be cleaned!! The sandal cupboard is also dusty. Look, I'm surprised what the SOP is.There is no CCTV in any area, better watch out your belonging guys! There's a lot of wifi available but believe me, not a single one works πThere are no toiletries, tea or coffee... there is a soap dispenser but it doesn't contain any contents, damn it π€£Didn't even try swimming because the water was dirty. There is a lot of rubbish and cigarette butts around the hotel. With a price of almost 500 thousand, don't want to go back again.1 pleasant thing: the water heater works very well even though you have to wait 3-5 minutes β€οΈComing back? Big NO.

The hotel is quite comfortable to stay in. However, the hotel's plans and intricacies are confusing. The building is an old building that is still maintained, there are not enough directions and rooms. Moreover, from the reception desk and lobby, I had to cross to get to my room. The activities for two days were in the opposite building, so it was very difficult to cross and mobility.
