Super high standard campsiteWi-Fi available, hot water in the washing area, spacious site with power supply, free firewood, excellent shower room at the lodge, toilets that flush and are clean, reservations can be made online, garbage dumping area and ash dumping area available. The price is high at 4,900 yen per night, but with so many luxuries, it can't be helped. If you are solo, we recommend a free site that costs 1,300 yen.///This is a postscriptI tried using a trailer house. At first, I thought the price of 13,000 yen per night was a bit high, but with the best facilities, I was able to enjoy a completely different experience than camping.Equipped with an IH cooker, home air conditioner, FF stove, home boiler, 2-door refrigerator, sink, toilet, shower, wooden table, wooden chairs, tarp, bed and bedding, pots and pans, etc. What you need separately are ingredients, seasonings, tableware and drinks. I'd say an outdoor chair or an LED lantern if you like. You can go with very light equipment. If you only go camping for a few nights a year, it may be cheaper to rent a trailer house each time rather than having to get all the camping equipment you need. It's also nice that it's not affected by the weather. Also, Nordic Forest is famous for its free firewood, but if you are using a trailer house, bonfires are prohibited. Only gas stoves can be used on the deck attached to the trailer house. If you want to cook with charcoal, you will need to get off the deck and cook in a dedicated space at the end of the site.(If you want to cook on the car, bring your own IH cooker, or if you want to cook on the deck, bring your own gas stove.Due to space limitations, we do not recommend cooking with charcoal.)Although I was using the car in midsummer, the air conditioner was running and the inside of the car was super comfortable. The two-door refrigerator perfectly stores food, drinks, and ice. Enjoy a leisurely dinner on the deck covered with a tarp. Sleep well on the spacious bed.The next morning we were hit by a rainy day, but there was no need to rush and we took our time preparing breakfast. It's really easy because you don't have to take down the tent or tarp.Although the toilet in the trailer house was properly cleaned, it was extremely smelly, so we used the toilet in the lodge the entire time. However, rather than feeling uncomfortable and wondering, "What is this?!", I realized that this is what camper van toilets are like, and that's why so many people don't put toilets in their camper vans.Confirmed to repeat next year.
