The hot springs were great, the service was very friendly, and the breakfast was so delicious! The location was a little disappointing, but overall I was very satisfied. I wanted to stay one more night!

We had a wonderful time.You can eat around the hearth and really enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, and you will be surprised at how delicious game meat such as venison and wild boar has no odor.The people at the inn were kind and I wanted to keep it a secret, but I wanted to support them so I decided to write a review.

There are no convenience stores or shops around, and it is located several minutes away by car from the last convenience store, into the mountains.The roads along the way are narrow, dark, and winding, so we strongly recommend that you use lights even during the day.Since it's in the mountains, studless shoes are a must in winter! If you take it lightly, it seems possible that it will veer off the road and fall down the cliff.As an inn, everything from mountain food to fish dishes is delicious, and meals for children are also prepared.There are about 10 rooms on the second floor of the building, which are made with a combination of flooring and tatami mats, and each room can easily accommodate 5 or more people. There is a TV in the room, but there is no refrigerator, and the toilet is shared, but there are some for men and some for shared use.There is a room with a hearth on the first floor that has old toys for you to play with, so I thought it would be great for children who only play modern games.

A stylish and nice pension with fittings and interior decoration.The rooms are well cleaned and have a clean feel.The meals have a gentle seasoning and you can enjoy the quality of the ingredients. It was a great time to sit around the irori hearth during dinner and eat river fish and mushrooms grilled over charcoal.The bath is a thick hot spring with almost no odor, so you can take a relaxing bath. It also keeps your body warm.The owner was very kind and hospitable, and I was able to have a fulfilling trip.

Dinner at the hearth is filled with mountain delicacies. Since we grill our own taro and shiitake mushrooms, we have a fun experience that we can't experience on a daily basis. The father of the pension will check on you from time to time, so it's okay even if you're not used to it. It's a good idea to listen to your father's entertaining stories and wait patiently for the fried rice balls to become charred.Breakfast was served in the modern dining room, where you could enjoy the classical music while looking out at the outside scenery.My father's homemade kimchi was also delicious.The hot springs also have no sulfur smell and are thick.It warmed me to the core of my body.There is a waterfall called Akamizu Falls nearby, and I went for a walk to see it.

I stayed there during the May holidays. Dinner was robatayaki, the hot springs were good, and it was a nice pension. The next morning, they dropped us off at the trailhead. Thank you very much.
