It is not suitable for consecutive nights. It was in a separate building, butNo pot in the room, no hot water in the kitchen,No microwave,The public bath closes at 9:30 p.m., morning baths are prohibited,The hot water coming out of the shower also looks like a hot spring.Due to the boiler, it can only be used at night.I had no choice but to go into the city and eat dinner at a convenience store. The attitude at check-in was also kind of unfriendly.I took a bath early and felt lonely.Parking was free.I like the size of the Japanese-style room and the smell of the tatami, but...It was a little disappointing.

It was a little too harsh. There was only one washing machine and it was outside, so it was very smelly.I was surprised to find spider webs and insects in the changing room.I didn't want to live there anymore

The old couple who manages the place are kind once you get to know them. The old lady seemed annoyed with me because I arrived late, but she was ok to speak to. She told me breakfast was at 7AM sharp. No negotiation there lol. The elderly man seemed friendly and even gifted me some oranges one night and apples when I checked out.It was winter when I stayed, so I only saw 1 stink bug and a small spider in my room. It's the mountains, so it can't be helped. There is bug spray and sticky tape to catch the stink bugs and throw them away. The onsen water is nice and warm, but it's just onsen water in a modern bath setting. Nothing really special tbh.The room and the place in general seems very dusty. I really wish more effort was made to clean the dust out, it made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned recently...The breakfasts was good. Home cooked and delicious.I wouldn't recommend unless you're looking to save money which sadly is why my company put me here, even though I had work in the city 45 minutes away by car. Also it's a mountain so during winter, expect snow and ice on the roads.

Although the facility is old, the food was really delicious! The hot spring bath was also great! (As other people have written, there is no problem if you use it as a guesthouse. The landlady is like a Tohoku old woman and doesn't talk much, but she was worried about the weather during our trip. He was a kind person)

The hostess's unfriendly manners provide hospitality. I secured a twin room online, but it's actually 6 tatami rooms, and even though it's May, I have to pay additional heating costs, so I can't help it because it's cold, but what kind of room is not listed on the internet? Also, I couldn't help but smile bitterly at the content that was different from what I had booked. Still, I relaxed on the cold futon prepared in advance.
