I was told that it was an old inn, but I was satisfied with the hospitality and hot springs that made up for it.

I couldn't make a reservation for Nyuto Onsen Tsuru no Yu so I stayed there. It really feels like a pension on the plateau. The view from the room is spectacularThe mountains, Lake Tazawa, snow, and sunset are the best.I watched the sunset from the open-air bath♪A pleasant view even during the dayThe best time to sit on the couch next to the window and relax while looking at the view! The son takes care of the transportation and reception, the polite old man with a kind smile takes care of the reception, his wife, the landlady, does the cooking, and the young lady helps with the cooking.Because we are a family business, our selling points are kindness, hospitality, flexibility, consideration, consideration, and low prices! ︎The number of guests is small, and even during mealsThe room was quiet and I felt at home (*^^*)Even though there were only a few guests, they made sure to turn on the stove and lights in the hallway.I felt the kindness and hospitality. The food was delicious, both in the evening and in the morning, with just the right amount and balance! ︎It's a cold place, so at night we have warm imonibe, kiritanpo, and grilled pork. The kindness and consideration that allows you to enjoy a warm meal where you can make your own fried eggs in the morning♪You can also enjoy the landlady's care and stories ☆Thanks to everyone's hard work, I will be able to do my best every day!We will support you from a faraway place towards the mountain!I will be visiting you again for a consecutive night.Especially grandpa and aunt!Everyone, please stay well and keep going! ︎

#2024/3/14I used it on a weekday in March.Apparently there was a cancellation, so it was reserved. It's close to the bus stop, so it's easy to access by bus.Tazawako <-> Nyuto Onsen buses run about once every hour, which is more frequent than the poor local lines. The official website says, ``Even though the building was in disrepair, there was still heart.'' It was a very homely inn, with customer service as the main focus. Although the building is said to be in disrepair, not all of it is damaged, and some parts have been renovated. My honest impression is that the rooms I was shown to were "clean." They also made sure to heat the hallways and changing rooms.Dinner consisted mainly of kiritanpo nabe and grilled pork on a ceramic platter. The volume of side dishes is amazing! I can't say that, but when I finished eating, I was full. They even prepared Ochazuke for rice, so I ended up eating way too much white rice. There are two types of hot springs, an indoor bath and an outdoor bath. The indoor bath was a little hot, and the outdoor bath was a little warm, as it was winter. There was a slight sulfur smell, and hot water flowers were dancing. Please be careful as the bath floor is slippery.Personally, I like soaking in warm water for a long time, so I mainly enjoyed the outside bath. Unfortunately, the public bath is located high up, so you can't see the view. Even so, when it snowed, the snow blew in and gave it a bit of an atmosphere. It is best to enjoy the view of Lake Tazawa from your room. The washing area was a type where you had to adjust the amount of water and hot water yourself, so it was difficult to adjust the temperature. There is a bath in the guest room, but I don't think I'll ever use it.Although it was reserved for private use, I was able to spend a very relaxing time overall.

I'm really glad I stayed. It was an inn filled with great care and warmth.▼Impressed service・When I went to the dining room, they used colored clothespins to fasten the slippers I took off, so that when I returned to the room I could easily tell whose slippers were mine.・The carry case I had left before check-in...They laid out a mat properly and placed it in the room on top of it.-There is a pot of ice water in the room. This is great after getting out of a hot spring!・Shampoos and conditioners from various manufacturers are available at the hot springs! From classics like TSUBAKI and Merit, to Jerame and HIMAWARI. Of course cleansing is also available.・Hair ties and pins are provided in the women's changing room at the hot springs. There are places where they sometimes have rubber, but I've never seen pins. This was a great help as I didn't want to get my bangs wet when I took a bath in the morning.・A heartwarming message on the TV program guide!etc…They were very careful about the amount of food we had while we were eating, and even in the building they told us to be careful where there are steps...It was a cold day with lots of snow, but it was a wonderful inn that warmed our hearts. did. It's true that the building itself felt old, as stated on the official website, but it's well kept, and even more so, the service from the staff is excellent, so I think you can feel the age of the building as well.It was an inn that I would like to stay at again.

I'm very satisfied. I like how they openly show the dilapidated condition of the building on their website. When I stayed there, there were no other guests, so it was essentially reserved for my family. At least three heating appliances were turned on to welcome me, and I could feel their spirit of hospitality.I was very satisfied with the meal, and when I asked for my drink to be piping hot, it was served piping hot.I was at the restaurant. Even if you ask for piping hot sake, most of them won't give you the hot sake that you're satisfied with, but this hot sake was at a temperature that satisfies you.My wife was very satisfied, and the children were also very satisfied. It was great that there were no other customers.
