I stayed here for one night and here are some reviews from me that might be input for Shine BnB:1. Location, quite strategic location. Very close to Cianjur Square. Many stalls around the hotel. Meanwhile, to get to Alfamart / Indomaret you need to walk for around 5-7 minutes. Many restaurants / food stalls / fast food can be accessed on foot.2. Room, I ordered a room with twin beds. The room size is sufficient for two adults, the TV available is a Smart TV (you get free Netflix access provided by the hotel; but you have to ask the receptionist for access first), the WiFi is fast, the AC is cold, the water heater functions well, noise from outside can still be heard, adequate toiletries are provided (shampoo & body wash (one type), toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, laundry bag and hotel sandals), there is mineral water, coffee & tea as well as hot water making equipment available in the room, you can request a hair dryer from the receptionist (free), room service is still affordable, the price is around 20-30 thousand.3. Other facilities, there is a cafe and restaurant on the ground floor, lots of open space for working or just hanging out where you can smoke too, there is no lift available, only stairs (as far as I can see). For my criticism and suggestions1. Receptionist, maybe the receptionist could be more informative regarding breakfast (is it available/not, how much does it cost), wifi password, Netflix access. It's not arbitrary just to tell you what rooms and what floors, because like Netflix, I thought it couldn't be used, but it turned out I had to call the receptionist first to help access it (if Netflix was logged in, it just couldn't be used).2. Security, the security is really indifferent. Very unhelpful. When I just came to check-in with my luggage (which looked like I was going to stay overnight), there was no greeting or at least making small talk because the receptionist was empty. Meanwhile, that evening my family took me by car (only for drop-off), he immediately approached and said "4,000 parking". There I immediately emphasized, "No parking. Just dropping in." Asked again "Parking or dropping?". I answered "Just drop it". Hmmmm, if you're just so quick when you arrive, you'll just be indifferent? There was no greeting at all. I noticed there are two types of security; one of the gentlemen is a bit old, and the other is younger (his body is a bit bigger than the other one) and the cool one is the young one.3. Water, the water was dead for about 10 minutes. It was also a bit surprising that the water, which is the main need for people to bathe, sometimes died in the morning, which is why maybe some other guests besides me also wanted to bathe. Then when it was turned on, the water that came out was dirty, even if only for a moment.4. Parking, parking is limited because it might be combined with a cafe. Even though it was still 11.30, the parking lot was very full. Seeing that the security guys needed a lot of effort to get out other guests' motorbikes while I was checking out.5. Cleanliness, when you just checked in and just headed to your room in the hallway there were lots of dirty glasses/plates in the hallway (which had not been taken). Then in the morning I noticed lots of foot spots from the dirty ground in the area in front of the stairs. I understand that it had rained that night and when I looked it was still 7/7.30. But I noticed the same thing at 11.30 when I checked out, so I could pay more attention to cleanliness. My input for the owner of Shine BnB might be to train his employees more; not just the receptionist but all the staff on duty. After all, in the hospitality sector you will meet many different types of guests. Please train again on how to communicate with guests, the service can be improved again. I also work in customer service, so there's no harm in being friendly and making small talk with guests who come. That's all my review and input for Shine BnB, Cianjur
