First, most of the Gulf is inhabited by Arabs. But most people's news is that thefts happen, but thank God that doesn't happen to me. But the tanks are annoying and they ask for a massage. You can't sit outside the villa and relax. harassment. Massage, annoying sales, and a lot of begging. And high housing prices. There are better alternative resorts at the beginning of the mountain.

A beautiful place and nice people. Its rent is approximately 200 Saudi riyals, increasing to 240 riyals during the seasons for four-room villas, and it also increases if there is a swimming pool or if it is a renovated or new villa.

The Kota Bunga complex in general is excellent, safe, guarded, and has everything available. Villa rents are expensive and cheap villas are available. My experience with it is more than ten years, at a rate of twice a year.

Kuta Bunga is one of the best complexes in terms of cleanliness and beauty. It also has lakes and rivers to walk through, a children’s play park, and swimming pools.As for renting villas, please choose the appropriate people or companies to rent from. The most important thing is that they be trustworthy. Also, advice: do not let anyone enter your villa, and make sure that the villa is protected, with iron windows and doors, and it is preferable to have a guard.

A fully guarded villa complex consisting of blocks, and each block is guarded. My last visit in 2018 was very crowded during Eid, and the prices are reasonable. The two-bedroom villa starts from 100 to 160, depending on the cleanliness and location. Small tanks cost 20 riyals per day, and the maid’s price is 25 riyals per day. Everything takes you to the villa from Bread or gifts and the like. Knowing that there is a lake in Venice, I recommend visiting it 😊✋🏻
