[Guest room]I was worried because the hotel looked old, but the inside seemed to have been renovated and was very clean! It was a room with a bath on the third floor, but I couldn't hear any outside noise and the view was beautiful, so it was very nice. The cleaning was thorough and beautiful. The only thing was that the toilet lid did not open automatically, and even if I opened it manually, it would close on its own, so I had to support it with my back. It might be a good idea to fix it.【cooking】It was delicious, but there wasn't much seafood, which was disappointing. The ocean view was spectacular no matter where you sat.【hot spring】Contains plenty of iron. Salty. There was also a stunning ocean view. The water inside is quite hot in the large bath, and quite lukewarm in the two smaller baths. The open-air bath was also lukewarm. The open-air bath could be a little hotter.[Customer service]It was very good. Everyone was working at the reception and serving meals, and it looked like it was a lot of work, but everyone was very polite and helpful. I asked for a photo, and he took it for me. Even when we met in the aisle, everyone greeted us with good morning.Management may be difficult, but I wish you the best of luck!

It's nice to be able to see the sea from the room. The hot springs were ◯, and the food, especially the seafood, was fresh and delicious. Dinner was especially nice while watching the sunset over the Sea of Japan.

Oga Resort Hotel Kiraraka, the view from the restaurant and the sunset are spectacular. Full marks for the friendly customer service shift. The carefully prepared food and the hot springs flowing directly through the air are also the best. There are no complaints about the special rooms and Japanese-Western rooms. All rooms have an ocean view, but the Japanese-style rooms on the second floor are average.
