Great if you use it for work-related purposes.First of all, it's cheap, the food is delicious, and it's fully equipped with heating and air conditioning so you can relax.Well, the building is old, and I guess it's not safe for people who don't have shared baths and toilets.You can watch videos on the internet without stress, and the restroom has a washlet.It's made of wood, so if there are a lot of guests, there might be a buzz...Wifi may become slow if there are many internet usersWell, I think you'll have a more comfortable time if you respect each other's manners.Kiritanpo hotpot for dinner is deliciousP.S.: There were still photos of the meal, so I added them.As you can see, if you choose this place as your residence,You'll definitely be fat in a week! 2023.09 UseIt's reasonably cheap at 4,000 yen for a room without meals and 6,000 yen for breakfast and dinner.(If it was 3500 yen without meals, I would have given it 5 stars without any complaints.)Customer service is also good.The room is a Japanese style room with 6 tatami mats.This time I stayed overnight without meals, so I can't comment on the breakfast and dinner meals.You can use the washing machine for free, but there is no dryer.There was a rope for hanging laundry in the room, so I didn't have any problems.The room I stayed in had a peculiar smell from beginning to end, but it didn't bother me as much as I thought I was staying at my grandmother's house.In fact, it felt a little nostalgic.It would have been better if the room had been ventilated.Also, the soundproofing in the room is weak, so you can occasionally hear the sounds of employees and other guests, as well as the sounds of nearby residents and insects chirping from outside.As someone who has lived alone for a long time, I find it comforting to hear the sounds of other people's lives, rather than the noise, so I purposely spend my time in my room with the windows and doors open.The location is in a residential area, so there is no noise at all.I guess everyone is taking care to make each other's time comfortable.However, although it is very quiet at night, there are some people who are very noisy in the morning.(Did you get caught for oversleeping? LOL)The shared toilets are spotlessly clean.Although the shared bathroom was old, it was well-cleaned and there was no mold or slime, and it was easy to use as there were no restrictions on when it could be used.I think the curfew was 11pm at night.There are no convenience stores, supermarkets, or restaurants nearby, so it's a little inconvenient if you don't have a car.Parking is free.We do not recommend this to people who have only stayed at regular business hotels.This accommodation is somewhere between an inn and a workers' accommodation, so it's not a good idea to have too high expectations.However, even if I am a bit of a germophobe, this level of service is completely acceptable, so if I ever come to Akita again, I would definitely come again.thank you very much.
