I stayed here during the off-season. There was no specific explanation at the front desk, but the room had been upgraded. The view of Lake Tazawa from the room was blue and very beautiful, and the course dinner was very delicious and we had a luxurious time. The next day of my stay, I had an early schedule for the day, so I inquired if I could cancel breakfast or if they could make rice balls for me, and they asked me to have breakfast a little earlier, and they responded very kindly.I received it. The staff were friendly and I was able to have a good time. Next time I would like to stay during the rose season.

I've been wanting to go to Lake Tazawa for some time now.As we stood on the shore, it seemed like a perfect place for us.It was the best placeI felt the history of Lake Tazawa firsthand. The main sightseeing spots are the water lake and the statue of Princess Tatsuko, the staff said! The history of Lake Tazawa is surprisinglyI learned a lot and even more young peopleFor the future of Japan, I want you to visit! And!The hotel staff's service from the time you make a reservation, and even during your stay, makes you feel comfortable.I would like to visit again if I have the chance! It's a very quiet place, and I'm glad I came from Hokkaido! After that, the samurai residence of Kakunodate, Akita city,First night on my first trip to TohokuI thought it was a great stay!

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the Tatsuko Statue and Ukigi Shrine. The service is friendly and the food is great. The Akita beef steak makes me think about it again. You can take beautiful photos in the morning and evening when you stay here.

I wanted to borrow the Mitarai, so I parked the car. Then a woman came out from inside and asked those who did not want to use the service to stop.Even though people who came to see Lake Tazawa stopped without permission, I was accosted by them.To be honest, the woman's attitude and way of speaking made me feel quite uncomfortable. I don't think this is the type of person that someone who works in the customer service industry would interact with.Even though you are an older person, I think it would be better to start over with the training.Since the hotel is used by many people from outside the prefecture, we request that the staff improve their attitude toward customer service.

This is a small hotel located on the south side of Lake Tazawa in Akita Prefecture, which boasts the deepest lake in Japan. It's right next to the golden Tatsuko statue, so after touring the statue and the beautiful lake surface, we relaxed at the cafe on the first floor of this hotel. There was only one customer in the cafe.We sat in special seats overlooking Lake Tazawa. I had an iced coffee and looked out at the lake for a while. Both the store and the lake were quiet and calm and I felt very relaxed. This hotel cafe offers a 180-degree view of Lake Tazawa and the surrounding mountains, and is recommended for those visiting Lake Tazawa.Thank you for the meal.

There is a statue of Princess Tatsuko within a 1-2 minute walk. The rose garden is in full bloom now. On a clear day, you can see a spectacular view of Lake Tazawa and Mt. Akita Komagatake.
