The host of the B&B is very kind and the overall environment is very comfortable. It was the first time to stay in this kind of traditional house. We lived on the first floor. The door was a traditional sliding door that could be locked without a key. It was a very special experience. This is my favorite B&B on this trip to Northeast China.

I stayed in Minna no ie for the Akita Kanto Matsuri, and the experience was really good. It was a bit far from the town, but I could borrow a bike from them so I could move around freely. This allowed me to experience the Japanese countryside, and the hospitality was also really good. The place is nicely decorated, I absolutely recommend it if you have a car, a motorcycle, or you don't mind walking 30 mins from the bus stop through the nice Japanese countryside.-------I stayed at everyone's house for the Akita Kanto Festival, and it was a really great experience. The boss is very friendly and there are many board games in the B&B.Living in a traditional Japanese-style room has a unique flavor. Although there are no keys, door locks, and poor sound insulation, it does not affect the overall feeling. We were the only guests staying this time, and we felt very comfortable and undisturbed. I will definitely stay here again next time I have the chance

An absolutely wonderful couple welcomed us even though we arrived quite late. Communication was a little difficult due to our lacking Japanese skills, but they did their absolute best to make us feel welcome. The location is very rural with very little public transport access, so great if you have a car but otherwise not so much. On winter stays, it does get quite cold, you get a heater in the bedroom but places like the toilet and bathroom are not heated, so they are pretty freezing cold.
