It also had a sauna and I thought it was very well equipped. However, I don't think there are many customers who feel uncomfortable because the staff's response is appropriate. They also had all-you-can-eat jelly, which I was really happy about, but it had bugs and hair in it, which made me feel sick.The staff was very rude and I don't want to go there again.

Cancellations cannot be made even in the event of a natural disaster such as a typhoon. Cancellation requests made several days in advance will not be accepted. The telephone service is terrible and there is no attitude toward dealing with customers. This is a facility with the worst service attitude, where you can't even cancel breakfast in advance for plans that include breakfast.It is an inorganic facility that does not take into account the situation in the event of a natural disaster or the situation where the transportation to visit it is cut off in the first place.A facility for which reservations are not recommended at all.

The location is right after getting off the interchange.The location makes it easy to go anywhere.The Sawayaka Shizuoka Inter store is also a 3-minute walk away, so you can wait at the hotel after making a reservation.There is a sauna permanently installed, and it is almost reserved for private use, perhaps because it is a hidden gem.There's aroma water, so you can do the rowing at your own pace, and the temperature is quite high, so if you choose the season, it could be the best sauna. (In the summer, the water bath is warm, so it's not good enough.)There was a huge selection of free drinks, and I thought the all-you-can-drink craft beer was great.There were also soft drinks and lemon water, so I was able to enjoy a relaxing evening drink in the open space without having to drink it in my room.The staff were also very customer-oriented and responded kindly.I would like to use it again.

The room and bus were clean and nice. It's close to Shizuoka Station's Shizuoka Interchange on the Tomei Expressway, and there are plenty of convenience stores, family restaurants, and restaurants, so I'd recommend it to anyone thinking of using it as a local.

Spacious rooms and spacious bathrooms, unlike those found in Japanese hotels!Free drinks and draft beer are provided in the 2nd floor lobby.There is no elevator.It's clean and quiet.

I visited without meals! Luckily, I was able to book a room on the same day. It's a renovated leisure hotel, so the space and beds were quite spacious and extremely comfortable. It's still new and the facilities are clean, and I was surprised by the free bar. The only thing I couldn't try was the sauna, so I definitely want to try it next time I go again. It's on the top of my list of hotels I'd like to stay at again.

It is located about 1 minute from the Shizuoka Interchange on the Tomei Expressway.It originally looked like a love hotel, but it has been completely renovated and turned into a wonderful hotel. I was really surprised by the sauna. The space was well-organized, open, and had a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji, making me wonder if this was really a hotel facility.The sauna is a type where men and women can enter together wearing swimsuits.There were also two cold baths, and it was a very nice sauna.There were other fulfilling services as well, which made me very satisfied. I would like to come again. By the way, I stayed alone for work and was very satisfied.

Ended up here by accident but was what I needed, rooms are large and nice, you will struggle to find better value for money in Japan. Initially I was a little concerned about the location but it’s actually conveniently located for site seeing and you can see mt Fuji from the rooftop.I’ve read some of the other reviews and complaints seem pedantic, car bays are fine, key cards work etc.If I could give this place 10 stars I would, no one spoke English but we had no problems communicating and they went above and beyond to help me get to where I needed to go, which included a translated bus time table with personalised instructions and a note to the driver and the lady even walked me to the bus stop and spoke to the driver to ensure I got to where I needed to be, this was at 6am in the middle of winter.Amazing service, 10 stars.
