Iodine-containing sodium chloride strong salt spring. The hot spring is from the entrance at the back. Day trip fee: 700 yen, last reception from 12:00 to 20:00. It is said that the color changes depending on the day as it is fed directly from the source. The indoor bath was cloudy white to green, and the outdoor bath was brown and salty. I like the quality of the springs in the main residence, and I also like Tsurumai, but this one is nice and relaxing. There is also a sauna and cold bath. In a dry sauna, the temperature can reach over 100℃. There are steps at the entrance, but you don't have to take off your shoes. There are free lockers in the changing room.

I am staying at Ugohonjo. After climbing Mt. Chokai, we returned the rental car and took a private railway from Ugohonjo the next day.I was looking for a place to stay in Ugohonjo and found this place. At first, I thought it was a small hot spring inn, but when I actually went there, I found it to be much more impressive and larger than I expected, with many banquet halls and more. I asked for a Western-style room. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hot springs had an indoor bath, an outdoor bath, and a sauna, and the temperature of the outdoor bath was slightly higher and comfortable.Meals will be served at the restaurant in the annex. The same goes for general customers. The Japanese course meal was quite good, but it might be better to stay without meals and eat what you like at the restaurant instead of choosing a plan that includes a meal.We had breakfast at a restaurant reserved for guests only.

Use hot springs only for day trips. The changing room is relatively spacious. There are two types of bathtubs: an indoor bath and an open-air bath. The hot water is slightly thick and warms your body. The hot water was nice, so I'd like to visit again.

Available for day trip bathing on Sundays at 13:30.I was the only woman in the bathroom. The price is ¥700 per person. It is said that day trip baths can only be used for up to 2 hours, but it doesn't seem to be that strict of a restriction. There are indoor baths, open-air baths, cold baths, and saunas. The quality of the hot spring water is brown and salty like seawater, but it is smooth and gentle and will leave your skin smooth when you soak in it.I felt really good for a few days after taking a bath, probably because of the hot springs. The temperature of the hot water was just right, and the view of the bamboo forest from the open-air bath was very soothing and felt really good!It was a hot spring that I would definitely come back to if I have a chance to visit this area. The building is new and looks like a good place to stay.I was a little disappointed that the temperature of the water bath was lukewarm.I tried walking from the nearest station, Yakushido Station, but it was still a bit far, less than 20 minutes walk. There is a city circulation bus from Ugohonjo Station, but there is only one bus per hour, so if the timing is right, you can use it.

I took a bath for the first time in 30 years, and the hot springs flowing directly through the water have a rich, soothing feel and are the best.

I stopped by during my trip, and the hot springs are very smooth 😀 I also had lunch at the hot spring restaurant, and it was reasonably priced and delicious (seafood bowl set meal, pine cherry set meal)

I happened to see a special feature about Anraku Onsen on a local TV program, so I decided to stay there while traveling alone in the Mt. Chokai area. Although it's a little far from Ugohonjo Station, the strong salt spring water is said to be good for relieving pain from rheumatism and other conditions. There is also a day-trip hot spring, so I checked in early, and the day-trip hot spring closes at 8 p.m., so I took a bath after 10 p.m. (the illuminated bamboo forest was very atmospheric), and before breakfast, but it was empty and I took my time because it was a weekday. It's relaxing and warm. This is the standard plan, but the annex is a clean, new building with a Japanese-Western style room (2 beds on 6 tatami mats), a washbasin shower room, and a separate toilet, making it a calm structure. I was surprised at how dark the room was at first because the forest outside the window blocked the light coming into the room, but it turned out to be a Japanese-style room with good lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning. Also, although the inn is located along the main road, the annex and bath are on the side of the bamboo forest and are very quiet.Dinner is served in a Japanese-style room on the first floor for each group, making it perfect for single diners. The bath, the room, the handmade food prepared by the chef (delicious!), the attentiveness of the staff, and the price range are all "Hanamaru". A hidden hot spring inn in the Yurihonjo area. Relax with delicious food and soothing hot springs...reward!

It was my first time visiting. The bath is fed directly from the source with no added water. The indoor bath is a little hot, but it doesn't feel stinging and you get used to it.Open the door from the indoor bath to find an open-air bath. It's not big, but it's warmer than an indoor bath, and about the same as a bath at home. Both are strong salt springs containing sodium iodine. The odorless hot water leaves your skin moisturized. The hot springs are popular, and many people come here on a day trip to take a bath.I stayed for two consecutive nights, and day trip baths are only open until 9pm, so after 8:30 the place was empty. I was soaked in slowly. You can use it all night until morning, so if you wake up early, we recommend taking a bath in the morning.bamboo? There is a window facing the mountain side, which is overgrown with trees. It looks like the hot water will be replaced on Monday. It was a very nice bath because it was not a circulating hot water bath.Since we were dining for consecutive nights, we upgraded the food to grilled Yuri beef on the second night. On the second night, there were many guests, so we stayed in a Western-style private room on the second floor. The restaurant changes each time, so it's best to check with the staff. The upgrade to the dish was 3,000 yen, but it was more than that. Not only did the sukiyaki turn into grilled Yuri beef, but there were also many types of sashimi, such as seared white fish wrapped in seaweed, which was very stylish.Gratin is also served in a small cocotte. The chawanmushi is seafood chawanmushi, and the sea urchin cream sauce is exquisite!Warm raccoon with Inaniwa udon? The udon noodles and salmon-wrapped dishes were also different. The tempura was also different from the standard course. The same thing is soup and spices.Too bad I couldn't eat it all!Breakfast is served in the breakfast hall, and there is a tag with your room number on the table. In terms of quantity, it feels just right.Since we were staying for consecutive nights, we changed the fish. That's a nice consideration.A hot spring inn with few rooms.I chose a Japanese-Western room without a bath, and I was satisfied. It didn't have a bath, but there was a shower room.45 minutes from Akita Station on the Uetsu Line. After that, take a taxi for about 1,300 yen.Transportation will be by taxi only.I'm far away, so I can't visit you often, but I'll visit you again someday. There was Biore disinfectant in the room, and there was disinfectant everywhere in the building.Since it is a half-walled building, you have to climb stairs to get from the front desk to the accommodation building. When I spoke to the hotel, they said that if the elevator in the accommodation building can be used from outside, even elderly people can use it.
