Friday, August 9, 2024Used as an overnight stay before climbing Mt. ChokaiIt was 5500 yen for a room without meals.Seasonal limited days only from Kurogata StationThere is a Chokai Blue Liner that requires reservations. This is the advantage of this inn, which is just a 1-minute walk from the station. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. You can also buy dinner and breakfast here.Since this is a supermarket in the countryside, the side dish bento box isThere isn't much left as of 5pm.I might buy one with a discount sticker on it right before it closes in the city! Be careful, because if you think like that, you'll end up with nothing. The room was for one person, but it was a good size for 2 to 3 people.I look forward to the food at the inn when I stay in a private lodging. If you're going mountain climbing, you'll have to leave early and have it instead of breakfast.Unless you are staying at an inn that provides rice balls and bento boxes, you will have to stay overnight without meals. It seemed like this place was also often used for Mt. Chokai. There was no one but me.

Three members of my family (2 adults, 1 infant) used it for a triathlon in Kurogata. The building itself is a few years old, and the room had a Showa-era feel. However, the veteran couple welcomed us warmly, and the food and service were good. You can park two cars in the parking lot, and even if you can't park there, there's a free parking lot right in front of the station, so you don't have to worry.I was surprised by the service for 7,900 yen per person (including dinner and breakfast). We will also use it for next year's tournament. *Infants were free.

The warm feeling of the couple who run it is very nice. It's not a fancy meal, but it's homely and I'm very grateful.

It was a luxurious breakfast. Accommodation rates were also reasonable.

There is no parking lot. It's close to the station, so everyone illegally parks in the station's shuttle parking lot. Because of this, cars for pick-up and drop-offs and those using the station cannot be parked. Specific medium-sized cars are also parked there, and the parking space is used for two cars. Seriously the worst.

This ryokan is located in front of Kokugata Station, and is especially convenient for JR users of Kokugata Station. ||Good for arriving late at night or departing early in the morning from Kurogata Station. …
