The price of 935 thousand ++ doesn't really match the room facilitiesThe narrow room only has 1 queen bed, no electric kettle, no tea, coffee, sugar, no AC remote, no tissue, no telephone, hairdryer, no breakfast, no bathroom, no water heater, dirty swimming pool

I booked this hotel via the application. One night can be priced quite under 350k including breakfast for 2 people.For the location: it's a bit difficult to find the information, it's not clearly visible on the road and there's not enough lighting.For the room: I ordered the "Cakra" suite size room with mattress number 2, the downside was that the AC was not cold enough, especially during the day it felt hot. TV only has national channels, and even then only a few channels.For the service: from the first check-in to check-out I was satisfied 😍 Call the office boy, very helpful with carrying things and cleaning up the room.Check in time: 14.00Check out time: 12.00Staying here includes FREE entry to the water park 😘For the water park: juaaraaaa 😍😍 consisting of 3 pools, there is a spill pool for small children, an adult pool, and a pool with a high slide. The facilities are also complete, there is a cafe that offers good food, lots of places to sit, there is tire rental too. There is also a Sundanese photo spot that is "free" with clothes and decorations provided 😘❤️ there is also something that makes the bubble bath session fun, the kids really like this session.

This is the best place, the first resort in Cianjur, the city with a good concept, spacious parking and a fairly large pool and there is a pool for children too

I swear it's really bad, the service is bitchy especially the ladies, when I checked on the application there were lots of empty rooms when I came there to play, for the first time there was a hotel that one hour before checking in paid 50k + if cash was fined 25k the worst hotel

Bad experience, the room was very, very DIRTY, lots of COCKROACHES, dust flying around, spider nests everywhere, the toilet was VERY DIRTY, the mattress was DUSTY, the dipper bucket was CRUSTY, the closet was DISGUSTING, the towels didn't absorb water and were very small in size, suitable for the face, breakfast wasn't provided delivery replaced with toast using vegetable oil, Spacious area but minimal lighting, Track to room slippery, Noisy with vehicle noise.Bad service delivery STAFF.Please accept this complaint and make it a consideration for the hotel management department for a better future. The hotel concept is very good but please improve the ROOM CLEANING. Don't let customers feel disgusted by a dirty, crusty bathroom with lots of cobwebs.

The toilet looks dirty and hasn't been cleaned before you know the guests want to stay, the mattress, pillows and blankets are musty, it looks like they haven't been used for a long time, the swimming pool is dirty, lots of moss & dirt, the cat droppings in the yard are just left there, MyGOD! Very bad service, hot drinking water is really hard to get. BAD Experience!!

Sorry, didn't mean to give a bad review. But the conditions really don't match the offer. In the application (Traveloka and Reddoorz) there are 2 types of rooms available: Deluxe and Premium. but the photos of both rooms are exactly the same. Yes, I chose the deluxe type. When you arrived at the location, you were greeted with a large and nice gate, the parking area was quite spacious. After checking in, the staff took us to the room, but brought the wrong room key, and brought the wrong room key 3 times and the staff changed. when entering the room, the condition of the room was very different from the photo. really cramped, smelly, dusty (sorry, how long have you not washed the curtains? They're dusty like that), and using ordinary household sheets and blankets. really disappointed with the condition. I can't even complain to the staff because they say they are interns. Plus, I arrived after a 7 hour journey to the location, arriving at 22.30, and from the lobby to the room it was quite far, the stairs were slippery, narrow and the alley was dark. not child friendly. The AC condition is also not cold. So there are no factors that can make me survive at least until tomorrow morning, because I'm worried that my child will be uncomfortable and overheated. At that time I also checked out, there was no replacement solution from the staff (in fact he said there was a boss at the time and saw us) because he said all the rooms were full (I was willing to upgrade if there was one) but in the parking lot there was only 1 car (besides ours). You can't even get a refund. When we got to the lobby again, the sound of live music from the front cafe was still loud (it was almost midnight), so I was even more convinced to move hotels because my child would be uncomfortable resting and disturbed.Sorry, maybe the service can be improved, the third party system (the photo is different from the room provided), and the lighting. even though they have a very large area and good potential but unfortunately it is not maximized.

Bad experience. Booked a premium room, photographed it as big, given a small one with the excuse that Agoda entered it wrong.The swimming pool is dirty, there is no water in the men's rinse area.

There is no cold water in the tap. In fact, it keeps getting hot. If you want to take a shower, you have to cool it first. The pool is dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned. There is a hole in the corner for mice to come in and out.

Strategic location, unique rooms but with a decent rate, there is no water heater, hot water, the shower is small, the towels are too thin, the room is too busy. A little disturbed by the sound of music that was too loud from outside.
