I used it on my Akita trip in October. I'm very satisfied!【facility】The facility is spacious and has a good atmosphere. The building is a little old, but it has been renovated in various ways, so there are no inconveniences. Coffee, biscuits, and detox water are available free of charge in the lounge surrounding the wood-burning stove right at the entrance. There is also a large space in the back with tables and chairs surrounding the hearth, where you can play table tennis or Othello.[Room]We stayed in a Japanese-Western room with tatami mats and beds, and it was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. The bathroom in the room was also very convenient, with cosmetics lined up on a shelf in front of the mirror. There is a cute basket for the bath in the room, and you can put towels in there and take them to the public bath. This was convenient. It can hold quite a lot of things, so it was nice to be able to throw cosmetics and a change of clothes in there. (I want this basket)[Bath]From the 2nd floor, where the front desk is located, take the stairs or elevator. The changing area was large and comfortable. The women's bath has an indoor bath and an open-air bath, so it's not that big, but the quality of the spring water is very good, and your skin will become smoother and smoother while you're soaking in it. I was able to take a bath as early as 5am, so I enjoyed taking a bath in the morning.【dinner】What I particularly liked was the food. Dinner was food served on the table (more luxurious than I expected), food that you had to pick up yourself like a buffet (rice, soup (we had kiritanpo soup), tempura, sushi), and live entertainment. There was a stone-grilled dish prepared by the chef. All taste delicious and fun.Being able to decide the amount of rice I wanted was very helpful for those of us who usually eat less rice. There were two types of rice: fresh white rice and sea bream rice. The live stone grilled cuisine was explained using a microphone, and customers gathered around to take photos and videos. It's fun to see the steam rising from the tub right in front of your eyes. All the dishes were well seasoned and really delicious.I also enjoyed a variety of alcoholic beverages, including comparing Akita alcoholic beverages. I ended up eating too much, but I was really satisfied.[Breakfast]At check-in, you will decide the time for both dinner and breakfast. I thought it was unusual for her to decide on a breakfast time (I couldn't oversleep), but she decided to let me decide and it turned out to be the right thing to do.Breakfast is buffet style, but the venue is not crowded and you can enjoy your meal at your leisure. The food plates are neatly prepared and you can enjoy the buffet comfortably. The tamagoyaki was freshly made and steaming hot, and we had some great sea bream sashimi in the morning, and we had a choice of rice porridge, white rice, or multigrain rice. I tried to eat less breakfast, but I ended up eating too much again.【service】All the staff were very kind and full of hospitality, which made me happy. It was very nice to hear people talking to me naturally, such as when I was eating, waiting for a pick-up, or checking out. There is a Namahage Taiko performance at a facility near the hotel, and tickets can be purchased at the hotel and transportation is included. This is powerful and really good, so I highly recommend you go see it.

Great accommodation. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very kind and it was a wonderful experience. The location was wonderful, and within a few minutes' walk there was a fishing port with restrooms and no one around, so we enjoyed fishing.Even though both dinner and breakfast were more than I could finish, they were all of high quality, and the demonstration of stone-grilled sea bream cooking, with detailed explanations, whetted my appetite. My parents live in Akita City and I currently live in Kanto, but I would like people from other prefectures to know that there are wonderful inns like this in my hometown.I will go again.

The outside looks old, but the inside has been renovated and was comfortable. Dinner will be a half-buffet, and Noto's specialty, stone-grilled dishes (boiling a pot with a hot stone) will also be served. The staff was very attentive, asking me if I wanted to take a photo while I was eating, and I think it's a good inn for the price.

A wonderful inn where you can enjoy quality that exceeds the priceYou can clearly see the sea from the window, and since it faces east, you can enjoy the sunrise. The room is very spacious and although not very new, it is in good condition and is large enough for 3 people to stay there. The hot springs are great, with enough sleeping baths, an indoor bath where you can relax while looking out at the outside, and an outdoor bath that is quite lukewarm. The downside was that the temperature of the sauna could not be adjusted to a low 70°C. The cold bath is also for one person, so it may not be possible to set it up if multiple people are using it.The fact that emulsion and lotion were available in the men's washroom was highly praised. The food was highly rated by those who enjoyed the performance of the stone-grilled miso soup, as well as the buffet style of sushi and tempura of their choice. There's a note on the sign that says Auberge, so it seems like they're confident in their food. There are three large lounges in the hotel lobby. In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace near the reception, and the rest of the lounges face the ocean, so you can relax while looking out at the majestic Sea of Japan. To summarize,I felt it was a great deal to be able to stay at a 4-star hotel at a 3-star price.
