It was an inn with heartfelt hospitality. Since it was a sudden trip, I was able to reserve a room that was available the day before.I wasn't able to choose a room, so I went in with low expectations, but it was a clean and tasteful room. They used a lot of charcoal, and there was charcoal everywhere in the building, so I enjoyed it.And the food was absolutely delicious. It looks delicate and tastes great! ️Furthermore, the utensils used were elegant and nice. The manager was wonderful 👍 The customer service of the employees was also very good.The bath wasn't big, but it was clean and had charcoal in it, and the water was nice and mellow.This is one of the hotels I would like to visit again.

Overall I'm satisfied, but whether I'll repeat it depends on the price.・Focus on access from the station・Focus on delicious food・I want a relaxing and relaxing stay・I don't give much importance to the bathroom.・No problem even in a small accommodationA pleasant scent wafts in the air as soon as you enter the inn. Charcoal? Incense? Anyway, a nice scent wafts through the inn. And all the accessories placed here and there are so cute. My wife's excitement was skyrocketing.The staff was very responsive and there were no issues with customer service. In addition, the inn did not feel old, as it had relatively modern appliances, including a hair dryer (the hair dryer was a Dyson without blades).

It's small and feels like home.It looked like it had been completely renovated and every corner had been thoroughly cleaned.Many of the staff members are foreigners, and I can see that they are well trained and work hard.It made me feel warm.Personally, I thought it would have been nice to have a bathrobe in the room.

It was a very nice inn!This time's room is on the 4th floor with an open-air bath.I chose a room.I sincerely thank you for all the support you provided for my mother who is in a wheelchair, and we had a great time.I would like to stay again.thank you very much.

A stylish inn with the concept of ``charcoal'' where you can spend the best time𖤣𖥧𖥣｡𓂃𓈒Thank you for your kind and courteous hospitality 😊The building is compact but relaxing, and the hot springs are right near the elevators and stairs, so I was able to enjoy a lot!Meals are private in a private room◎Many ingredients from Tochigi Prefecture were used, and each dish was delicate and carefully prepared and delicious.Charcoal art is scattered throughout the facility. I was soothed by the warm hospitality and scent♨Charcoal was also used in the hot springs and it was soft and felt great!The women's public bath is even more exciting with amenities such as Sekkisei, Dyson hair dryer, Refa shower head, and nail polish.It had a lot of elements that would please women, and my mother was very satisfied♪Conveniently located, 5 minutes walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station and less than 1 minute walk to the nearest convenience store.It was a wonderful stay 🥰

The food is healthy and delicious, and you can choose to have dinner served in your room. The room had a cute atmosphere with Japanese accessories and was clean overall, but it was a shame that some areas were not properly cleaned or maintained.The large public bath is small and has a low capacity, and the comfort of your stay will depend on how crowded you are staying.However, I was satisfied overall, so I will continue to include it as an option when I want to relax and have a luxurious time at Kinugawa Onsen.
