The door to the open-air bath in the first room I was shown to could not be opened, so when I contacted the front desk, the person in charge asked me to change it to a special Japanese-Western style suite.I was satisfied with that, but why did they prepare the room? I wonder why they didn't understand at that stage. (The window glass was also very dirty.)Also, the person in charge explained that the FREE Wi-Fi may not connect depending on the number of guests and the time of day, but I have stayed at an inn with 200 rooms full many times. I can also connect to FREE Wi-Fi without any problems. I judged this to be an excuse for suffering because the equipment was old. Also, the lights in the smoking room are not turned on late at night and it is pitch black. If you are thinking about saving electricity, just use the human-sensing type. I prefer Western food (bread) for the breakfast buffet, but the only soup available is miso soup, so it's impossible to have miso soup with bread. I will never use it again. I also made a credit card payment, but normally there is a payment device at the front desk and the payment is visible, but this hotel asked a third party behind the front desk to make the payment through the counter. I don't think so, but it's very unpleasant when something happens where you can't see it. It is also strange that cashless payments are not supported in the Reiwa era.

The view was nice and it was a satisfying stay. There were drinks in the fridge including beer.I don't know if it's free because it's a suite.I guess the bath was a bit lacking.

1 night from September 22, 2024This was my third stay in 20 years. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath for 54,000 yen per night for two people. It seems that the room had not been renovated. All the staff are kind.
