I stayed here for one night on my first trip to Ise.There is one unfortunate point.I had learned in advance that arranging taxis in Ise is difficult, but on a certain reservation site, Ise Shinsen only said that arranging taxis was ``possible.''Unlike other accommodations, there was no mention of ``very few spaces'' or ``difficult'', so I trusted Ise Shinsen and made plans to coincide with the first departure of buses and trains. Instead, I made plans to take a taxi from Ise Shinsen to Naiku just after 5 a.m.Feeling completely at ease, I called the day before my stay and asked to reserve a taxi, and was told that it would cost about 7,000 yen.The app calculates it to be around 2,000 yen (actually, when I changed my plans and used it from Ise-shi Station during the day, it was still around 2,000 yen).Does the fact that it costs 7,000 yen after 5 o'clock, which is past the early morning surcharge, mean that the reservation fee is 5,000 yen?I was told, ``There is only one taxi company that we are affiliated with,'' so I took that as an explanation. We couldn't decide to take a taxi for 7,000 yen to cover the 10-minute distance, so we had to drastically change our plans the day before the trip.Since it was at the last minute, I was unable to change or adjust all my plans, so I had to give up on two things, resulting in a trip with some regrets.I had no complaints about the room, food, or customer service, and I was very satisfied with the open-air bath.Choosing and wearing a yukata and relaxing in the lounge were also enjoyable memories. If I hadn't put my trust in the inn, my trip to Ise might have ended without any regrets, but that was the only thing I regret. It is difficult for tourists to understand all the characteristics and circumstances of a region. Even if it is common in the area, a taxi reservation fee of 5,000 yen would seem outrageous to an outsider. However, I wish I had known in advance that it would cost 5,000 yen as a reservation fee, rather than the description that it would be easy to book a taxi.

It was a satisfying stay with all the good things. If I were to write something that was disappointing, it would be the drink menu table for dinner, which was dirty because it was used repeatedly. The area where you go from the indoor bath to the outdoor bath in the large public bath is very slippery. But it's the best accommodation.

The front desk staff was very kind and polite. Although he was young, his hard work and sweat on his forehead was very nice. The person in charge at dinner was also very kind. The room is great with a bath outside ✌

The smiles and politeness of all the staff. Everything is fine. During our meal, we were greeted by many staff members and received a pleasant greeting. The food was good and we spent more time there than the price. It was much more comfortable than a bad first class hotel. The next day it was Iku-san, but in my opinion, Shinsen-san was better.

The room at the hot spring, the cordial service, and the location close to the station and the Geku and Naiku were great. What's more, the beautiful yukata service in the large public bath will definitely come again.
