This is a ryokan located at the back of Yunoyama Onsen.I stayed with my elderly parents.Although the building itself is quite old (exterior construction was under way), the rooms and bathrooms are kept in good condition. There is a charge for the private bath, but it was spacious and nice. Her mother, who has bad legs, was very happy to be able to take a relaxing bath for the first time in a while.I chose the standard plan for dinner, but they accommodated my allergies and it was very delicious.Anyway, I would like to thank the staff for their polite and heartfelt response. I was able to perform a good act of filial piety on Respect for the Aged Day. Thank you very much.

Although it has a long history and the facilities are old, the employees are all cheerful and kind, and their greetings are pleasant and leave a good impression. When I asked for a course that emphasized quality over quantity, I was very satisfied with the delicious and elaborate dishes that were made with local ingredients that exceeded my expectations. I want to come back again to try the stewed lobster soup, sea bream carpaccio, and steamed Matsusaka beef! The hot springs were tasteless and odorless.

Dinner was quite delicious. I had high expectations for the breakfast, but personally, it was a pretty decent buffet. Although the dinner was quite delicious, I felt that it would have been even better if the breakfast was a little better. The private bath was very nice.

Although the building is not new as it is a historical inn, the interior and baths were very clean.Although the waiter in charge was young, he was attentive and had a pleasant customer service. For dinner, we enjoyed a relaxing and elaborate meal in a private room. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and was all very delicious.

It was a wonderful inn in terms of customer service, food, and baths, but I was dissatisfied with the following points.・Cleaning of areas that cannot be seen is poor. There was a hidden air conditioner installed in the private bath, but it was extremely dusty. There was also a small circulator in the amenity corner, but it was visibly dusty.・There is no shampoo conditioner in the guest room bathroom. Looks like you have to get it at the front desk. I wanted to take a shower before the room meal, so I took off my clothes and took a bath in the guest room, and then I noticed the warning and it was too late. I wanted them to keep at least one set. Or you should have told me at check-in.・WiFi is unusable. Even though there is an AP on the ceiling in the hallway just outside the guest room, the signal is weak and there is no speed at all. What kind of design do you have? The level I think. I would recommend that you ask another company to redesign it.I learned about it after staying there, but it seems like a very historic inn, so I'd like to see improvements made.
