I stayed here to climb Mt. Gozaisho. The staff were very nice and nice. The building is undeniably old, the metal parts of the only elevator were dirty, and some of the common areas could be cleaned or repaired, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. It was good. The open-air bath is located on a fairly steep slope, and I enjoyed it in an interesting and rustic bath. Overall, I had a good impression. Thank you for your help.

There are many facilities and services that are helpful for families with children, and I have stayed here several times because I like how the employees are polite and helpful. I don't know if the accommodation benefits for the second and third child members are the same, but this is the third time, and the same sweets gift as the last time was introduced as a second benefit. It was half to less than half of what it was last time, and I feel like it was bright last time, but I don't know if the electricity in the large public bath was out or if the specifications had changed, but it was dark and I felt uneasy. I was able to get a refill, but this time there was no information about it, and there was no other explanation like last time, and the guest room had been beautifully renovated, so I wonder if they are currently cutting costs? That's the impression I got. I felt a little disappointed this time because the first and second stays were so satisfying that I wrote down my gratitude.

We went to Saikoyo for our first family trip after having a child. The hotel is located quite up the mountain and looked old from the outside, but the inside of the hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful, so I was satisfied.Since my child was still young, I searched for and chose an inn where I could stay in a futon. They have set up an environment for babies, and when you have a baby, you can eat in your room and you don't have to worry about your surroundings, so it was very comfortable. I also felt comfortable using the bath. Some amenities (toothbrushes, etc.) are available for a fee, so we recommend bringing your own toothbrush. There were about 6 different brands of shampoo and conditioner in the men's public bath, such as Pantene and Ichikami, so it was nice to be able to use what I liked. The food was also delicious.Because it is located on top of a mountain, there is no convenience store nearby, so you have to drive about 15 minutes to the nearest convenience store.I recommend buying what you need in advance before going. Is there an event at check-in? I wrote a question like this.It was my child's birthday, so I wrote ``birthday'' and they prepared a cake for me.My son is allergic to eggs, so he only had fruit, which he was very grateful for.

It was my first time using it.It doesn't look like a ryokan from the outside, it's a Western-style building, but the inside was a ryokan, and the rooms were pretty clean. The inn is child-friendly and has plenty of rental items for children, but I would have been even happier if they sold baby wipes or hand wipes. When I was staying with my 3-year-old child and I told him that I liked Anpanman, he gave me an Anpanman sticker, and after dinner, we had fun in the kids' area where we could play ring toss, fish, and shoot like a fair. I was there. The open-air bath was surrounded by nature and trees, as you would expect from a mountain hot spring. When you open the door to the open-air bath, you will see a whitish frog. There were insects swimming in the bathtub too. I was a little surprised that for some reason there was a crab submerged in the bathtub of the indoor bath🦀Maybe because I was surprised too, the kids were scared lol It was really fun.

We went on a family trip with three children.Food: Meals were prepared in the room. The appetizers and chawanmushi ingredients were small and reminded me of Sylvanian Families. The quantity was generally small and I was dissatisfied with it. The seasoning was well-seasoned and the soup was delicious.Service: I think the service is average, but I think there is still a long way to go in terms of hospitality.Considering the price, there is not enough consideration and encouragement.Location: It is located in a land surrounded by steep mountains, so you can see the autumn leaves beautifully.

I went there because it said babies were welcome, but there was no baby cot in the men's bath, so I had to borrow a chair and bring it all the way to the bottom, which was inconvenient.Additionally, amenities are available for a fee.I wish this had been written in an easy-to-understand manner when making the reservation. Then I brought it.There was no comb or toothbrush so it was a mess🥲Also, the clock in the open-air bath was broken. Also, the free drink bar was sold out all the time so I couldn't get a drink. There were a lot of things going wrong...The scenery was beautiful and the food was delicious, although the quantity was small!

I stayed on a Friday night. The good part...Since I took my two small children with me, I was grateful for dinner and breakfast served in my room. (Reason for choosing this inn) The food instructions included pictures, which were easy to understand, and even the children looked at them. There were a lot of rooms due to the service. You can rent children's items at the front desk. (If no one else is using it. There are also playing cards and nail clippers.)There was a microwave in the hallway, which was convenient.Diapers and baby food are sold in the lobby. There are free drinks. After checking out, I said I was going to the ropeway and was told I could park my car.Unfortunately...There were no instructions in the room, so at first I thought baby soap was in the public bath, so I couldn't use it. First, I would like some explanation from the staff. It's old, but it's not well maintained overall. I felt it was the dirtiest inn I've ever stayed at.It might be difficult to clean, but there was what looked like animal feces lying outside the window. The floor of the public bath is dirty. There were bugs floating in the bathroom and trash in the changing room. I was looking forward to the hot springs, but I felt really sick.I used the bath in the room for my child's shower, but it took a long time for the hot water to come out (on the 4th floor), the water pressure was unstable, and it was difficult to control the temperature, so I wondered if I could use it normally. I was irritated.I have to go to the front desk to buy amenities.

My name is K and I went on a honeymoon with my wife who is 7 months pregnant.Although it was a maternity plan, I was happy that they took good care of it and didn't include raw food or alcohol. As for entertainment, there is plenty of entertainment, such as playing table tennis, reading comic books, and making cotton candy.I was left with a good impression of the staff as they all spoke to me in a bright and friendly manner. It was pouring rain on the way back, but I was able to load my luggage at the roofed entrance, and most importantly, I was impressed by the handwritten colored paper. It seems that the family room has also been completed, so the three of us will be using it this time.thank you for helping me!
