This is my first visit in 41 years. A long time ago, I was assigned to this area and was introduced to it by a local, so my current wife and I visited there ever since. I didn't remember much from that time, but this year my son and I, who were older than me at the time, went to visit. I received Matsuzaka beef and its brother Iga beef. I was able to eat the entire meal using various cooking methods without getting bored. What surprised me was the matsutake mushroom and conger eel steamed in a clay pot, which was not on the menu announced in advance. It was great. The view from the lake view room is also great. The view from the open-air bath is also great. Although it is an old facility that has been around for 40 years, it felt very fresh and filled with nostalgic memories.

R6.7.27-This is the third time. I have a children's pool. There are a lot of kids, so I don't have time to take a bath or eat. Parents today don't pay attention. Because I haven't even grown up yet.Other than that I'm satisfied. Delicious small course ❣️It's the second time. A quiet lakeside inn! The room, hot springs, and food are all good. (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))

In the evening, there were many different kinds of food, and all of them were elegant and delicious. In the morning, there were many side dishes to go with the rice, and the rice was so delicious that I ended up ordering a second helping. The hot spring was also hot and felt good.Everyone at the hotel served us politely and we had a relaxing time.

The baths consist of a large indoor bath and three open-air baths, including a pot bath and a lukewarm bath. The hot springs are simple springs, so there is almost no hot spring feeling. (There was a slight chlorine smell...)However, the view from the open-air bath was good, and the water temperature was about 40 degrees, so it felt quite comfortable. The pot bath was a little hotter at about 41.5 degrees Celsius, and the lukewarm water was a little cooler at about 25 degrees Celsius, and I felt like taking alternating baths stimulated my parasympathetic nerves in a nice way. There was a huge wall of glass between the indoor bath and the open-air bath, and while looking out at Lake Shorenji from the indoor bath, I was lost in thought, ``I wonder how much this glass would cost.''Particularly noteworthy are the amenities. The shampoo was not a rinse-in type, but a conditioner and separate type, and there were two types to choose from: horse oil and another manufacturer (I forgot), and there was a good selection of products such as facial cleansing foam, shaving foam, peeling gel, and facial packs. This will make you happy even if you are not a whitening type of guy.
