I usually stay at ITO EN affiliated hotels because they are reasonably priced, but compared to that, it was really good. The cleaning was thorough and the food was good even though it was a buffet, but the sushi rice was made from an old machine and the nigiri was not good, sorry but I left the sushi rice alone! At the entrance, there was a towel for cleaning car windows, which was already in place, and I felt that they were taken care of.I would like to visit other Kamei-san as well.

It was our first trip in a while with about 15 family members and relatives.First of all, the old man at the front desk? The response was excellent and the welcome was pleasant. He was smiling and talking to the children happily. At the restaurant, all the staff, even the foreign female staff, were pleasant. The bath is great, and there's even ice cream, which kids will love.Unfortunately, when I went for dinner around 7:30 pm, there was no refill and the food was cold. The rice is also slightly stuck to the bottom. The sashimi I was looking forward to was terrible.Hamachi is small and dark and cannot be said to be delicious. But I'm going to see grandpa again.Other than the food, it's clean and the service is great.

I was looking forward to it because the photos looked good, but I realized that the ratings on Rakuten and Jalan were too different. When I went there, I thought Jalan's reviews were closer.I thought the front desk was average and the customer service at the restaurant was good. However, the food was cold and the tempura didn't drain well, so I couldn't say it was very good for the price.Cooking is important, isn't it?

From the time I called in advance to request a shuttle bus and change my check-in time, they were very responsive! The hotel was also beautiful!Dinner was a buffet with a variety of seafood, Japanese and Western food! Recommended for children! The ramen for dinner was just the right amount! The taste seems to change depending on the day.The morning buffet had a lot of variety and I ate my fill. There was a shuttle bus on the way there and back, and they held hands until the end to see us off! I'll visit you again ^^

I've been there several times since it was renovated from Kanpo no Yado to Kamenoi Hotel. The facility is very clean and the rooms are clean and spacious. Also, the bath was a proper hot spring and the food was good. You can also spend a quiet time, so that is also a recommended point. It's a very cheap and good accommodation for this quality.

I have stayed at various hotels around Toba, but Kamenoi Hotel is my favorite. Above all, all the staff are friendly and warm your heart. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean, and the buffet is delicious. It's a wonderful hotel with nothing to say. One thing I would like to request is that if possible, please remove your mask when serving customers. I strongly hope that the world will return to a world where it is normal to show your face and serve customers.Addendum 2024.9It's a really nice hotel no matter how many times I stay there. All the staff are wonderful. The rice is also great.

It was a beautiful, new, Japanese-style hotel. We also received paper towels on the shuttle bus.I was traveling alone, but it was a large room with twin beds, probably because it didn't have a bathroom. The buffet style meals are also satisfying with a wide variety of items.Alcoholic drinks are a little expensive

Snow crab was served as a buffet, and I ate it all to my satisfaction. Ramen for dinner was also a good idea. It was a stomach-pounding trip.~All-you-can-eat snow crab for an additional 1,100 yen per person~ Stay at an ocean buffet that combines Japanese and Western style. It was a great deal at around 25,000 yen for two people.
