The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were amazing. The service staff were very enthusiastic. The guest rooms have stone hot spring pools and balconies with sea views. We also went to a nearby boat ride to see pearl cultivation. Everything was very satisfying.

During dinner, I was shown to a private room and while I was waiting, a large cockroach was crawling on the wall right next to me.Honestly, I wanted to scream because I hate cockroaches, especially if they're winged insects, but I held back because I thought it would be a nuisance to other customers.Although the presence of cockroaches may be unavoidable to some extent, it is possible that the staff then sprayed the cockroaches to freeze them, smiled and said, ``It's okay,'' and then tried to start eating in the same room and with the same table set. I thought not.After I was confused for a while, thinking that cockroaches might have crawled on the plates and cutlery, it was unsanitary. When I asked to change rooms, he replied, ``I'm just thinking of suggesting that because another room is available.'' "It was late," I was told.It would be nice if it was a Chinese restaurant in town, but I felt that the service in this price range was a bit lacking.The meal was delicious.

It's located in the back of Ise Shima and has a great atmosphere.The rooms are wonderful, the views are great, the food is delicious, and the baths are comfortable. The staff's response is also great.I was very relaxed and had a wonderful time.The atmosphere of the private open-air bath was very nice, but I was a little disappointed that the water flowing down from the walls was a little foamy.

I stayed here when I came to Shima for Yabai T-Shirt Shop's Spain Village performance.Both the rooms and the open-air bath had a great atmosphere, and the food was the most delicious compared to other Hiramatsu hotels, so I was very satisfied!Yaba T's live performance was really good, so the afterglow may have helped me remember it a bit, but even with that in mind, it's a hotel I'd like to go to again.Considering the quality, I think the cost performance is also very good.The dining area was also a private room, so even families with children could enjoy their meals without worrying about other people around them.

It was a nice atmosphere that made it easy to go with children.I'm not very good at seafood, but my wife enjoyed it so I'm glad.Although the price was high, it was good because it was reasonable.I get the impression that renovated hotels tend to have a lot of failures, but here too, although there was some noticeable damage to the paint in some parts of the water area, I think it was good overall and it was enough to cover my eyes.

I'm writing a review because I'm so disappointed.Used on wedding anniversary. This is an inn that I booked a lot more than usual.It was really great until I checked out.Actually, other than “that woman”, there are ⭐5.The room was simple but very relaxing. The hospitality was great, and I was so impressed by the food that I made a reservation for next year's wedding anniversary!But! But!When I checked out, the young woman who was in charge of the check-out was very nice, but the slightly older woman who was probably her boss was the worst (lol).First, I asked the young woman, ``Can you give me the statement?'' But the woman who went to the front desk to ask me loudly said, ``I can't do it!'' I heard him saying, "That's how you say it, out loud." By the way, we were sitting right in front of the front desk, so we knew we could hear it. Of course, it couldn't be helped since we made the reservation through the website, but I was really surprised that she spoke in such a way that we could hear her. That alone made me feel bad, but after that, she ignored me when I asked her where the restroom was. Maybe it was because they were busy, but I was shocked at how responsive they were. First and foremost, it was a great meal. thank you very much.My wife is from the area and comes here every year for business, so we stay nearby each time, and it was an inn that made me want to stay here every year in the future.Although the food is authentic French, it is served in a free style, and meals are served in private rooms, so you can relax and enjoy your meal without formality. They used manic but delicious ingredients, and served them with the best flavor without relying on brand or name value. My wife, who is from the local area, and myself and our children, who are from other prefectures, were very satisfied. I don't think the chef would be happy if he were praised for comparing it to something else, so it was such a delicious moment that it was a shame that I ended up being full.To be honest, I had the impression that the rooms were very tastefully put together, with cost cutting done well. I've stayed at several famous hotels in other prefectures, but strangely, I feel like I felt the most relaxed in this room. Even though it wasn't that big, the room felt expansive and I never got tired of it because I didn't rely on the view.I would like to mention some negative aspects.First of all, the room does not have an automatic lock. There aren't many guests and the entrance to the hotel seems to be closed at night, so I don't have any complaints about security, but it does make it a little inconvenient when families go on separate trips.Second point. Even though it is in its 7th year, there are some signs of wear and tear here and there, perhaps due to its good occupancy rate. Many of the buildings have interior decorations that use a lot of wood, which is pleasing to the eye, but as I said earlier, plywood is used to cut costs. I'm not denying the plywood itself, but the surface material that makes it look like solid wood is thin, and after 7 years, I could see peeling and cracking in some places.This tendency was even stronger in the private dining room, where there was a lot of peeling and dirt on the floor and the board that hides the air conditioner control panel, which was disappointing. I think we are at the point where we need some partial repairs.And the window glass in the dining room. This was also a disappointing point. You can't see anything on the sea around here at night. The scenery can only be enjoyed during the day. However, during the daytime, the glass is dirty, and you will be able to see the ocean through this dirty glass. The dirt was so dirty that even ordinary households would find it embarrassing. Due to the structure, it couldn't be opened or closed, and water was collecting on the outside of the glass, so I thought the structure would be extremely difficult to clean, but I was disappointed in that aspect as well.I was very grateful for the open-air bath that my family could use exclusively by the hour, but I was concerned about the dirt in the hot water. The staff said that they would bring hot water, so I guess hot water probably doesn't come from this location, but I think water quality management could be an area for improvement. Also, I would like to be able to add water so that I can adjust the temperature of the hot water.Although I had some complaints, I don't think this is a bad place; it was an inn that made me want to come back again and again if I had the chance. Starting with the presentation of ingredients from Ise, a treasure trove of ingredients, we were impressed by the selection of local vegetables, pearl oysters, Matsusaka beef, spiny lobster, and other items worthy of the auberge name.We also asked for pairings, and before we knew it... For a 3 hour dinner. It's a well-balanced hotel, and all the paintings on display are real. Although it has deteriorated over time, I was very satisfied with my stay due to the high quality interior and good service.

Hiramatsu's hotel since the last time in Ginoza.This is the first Hiramatsu Hotel, and there are only a few rooms, and the location is in the middle of nowhere, so it's really quiet.This time I also tried thalassotherapy.
