An inn that deceives peopleWorst accommodation I've ever had in my life. Deserves 0 stars,If you book with Jalan's children's plan and contact us in advance, you can use the pool at 1pm.After making an online reservation, you will be contacted by the hotel immediately.I was told that Jalan had been canceled by the hostel. The inn explained that they switched to the official option for the customers because it was cheaper. This is clearly against the rules. When I explained to him about making a reservation using Jalan points, he asked me to use the points for my next trip...I can't get anyone to listen to me.I should have canceled here. It's my fault.I was told to contact me if I was going to be late at 1pm, so I made arrangements and arrived exactly at 1pm.The inn was closed and pitch black. After calling more than 20 times, I couldn't get through, and after quite some time had passed, I manually opened the automatic door (the lock was unlocked) and asked an employee inside the inn to make a reservation for the pool to be used from 1:00 p.m. When I told them about it, they just said yes. When I asked for the landlady, she said that she had forgotten and was busy. When I told her that I had called many times, she made an excuse, saying that another customer had called her, and then she scolded me.In response, if you want to stay the night, I'll give you a slight discount. Or please find another accommodation! I can handle it.Cancel this accommodation. I made a reservation for another accommodation on the same day. There are many large inns in nearby Izunagaoka. Two meals included if you make a reservation on the day. After looking at the reviews on TripAdvisor and Google, I understood why I didn't go through Jalan. You don't want to pay fees to Jalan.Looks like bad reviews are being deleted. The dates of the reviews were different. We did not pay the cancellation fee because it was the inn's fault, but we recommend that you book another inn even if there is a cancellation fee.I wrote this to reduce the amount of damage like we did during our precious trip.

It was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in in my 50 years of life. Even now, it hurts when I remember how I was treated. I paid a lot of money and was looking forward to it...

There are not many sightseeing places within walking distance, but it is a very quiet and pleasant place.Everyone at the inn was nice and I had a great time. The wasabi hotpot was very delicious. The hot water comes directly from the source, and although it is hot, it is very good.Taro Okamoto's bath and guest room were very elegant, and even though they were old, I felt he had good taste. I personally really liked the design of the largest indoor bath. The fresh greenery outside looked like a picture, and the blue tiles were beautiful. There were various comments in the reviews, but I was very satisfied. It is about 10 minutes by car from Yasushi Inoue's house. I hope all the fans stop by and go.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but the employees were kind and I felt like I had traveled back in time to the Showa bubble period. The wasabi hotpot was also delicious and turned out to be belly bread!

There are photos from 1963, and the building is old. This may be a concern for some people. It's good because I have a good atmosphere and don't dislike things like this. It's best not to use the stairs. lolLet's use the elevator. The food was delicious. The fish was delicious, the wasabi hotpot, and the sukiyaki-flavored boar hotpot was really delicious. But the most delicious thing was the rice. Is it because the water is good? The bath was also very nice. Since I stayed on a Sunday, I was able to use the private bath as much as I wanted.Thank you for your help.

It's at a level where I don't even want to give 1 star. If you are considering it, you should also check out the reviews on Tri-Advisor. I don't feel it's worth staying at this price.

I wanted to take a bath in my room, so I chose a room with an indoor bath, but it was broken and I couldn't use it.Despite this, there was no refund, and I received about 500g of rice as an apology, but I was told that I would still have to pay for one beer and one soft drink for dinner.I wish they would have offered a partial refund if they could not provide the facilities for the price. As it is an old inn, I often noticed that the facilities and amenities were not up to snuff, but since it has a long history and most of the employees were elderly, I looked after them warmly, but in the end I was treated with a lack of sincerity. It was a shame.I was happy that the rice was plentiful and locally sourced, but I don't think I'll go there again.Unfortunately, I was in a haze on my way home.

I recently used it for the first time in 7 years. There were many baths, and they all had plenty of hot water and weren't lukewarm, which was great.Unlike the seaside inns, the cuisine is unique, including wild game, as it is located deep in Nakaizu. The food made me want to drink sake, so I was able to enjoy sake that I don't usually drink. The employees are also kind and treat you with an appropriate sense of distance. Most of the people there were older, but they were all very polite and gave me a good impression. The landlady also served us tea on the way home, and we drank it in the car on the way home. Even when the car started, he saw me off until I was out of sight. It was good until the end.I read other people's reviews, but why are they so bad?I've stayed here twice, including this year, and I've had no problems both times.Aren't the people criticizing it expecting too much? What on earth is wrong with cars being slow?In that case, wouldn't it be better if I went to the parking lot and returned home by myself?Wouldn't it be nice to have it delivered right to your front door?Customers should not think that they can receive any service by paying money.
