Located in front of Tsu station. If you book early, the price will be well under 10,000 yen. It's a convenient location, but the lack of parking is difficult. However, if you park in a nearby parking lot within a 5-minute walk, you will receive a 500 yen subsidy. Most parking lots cost 1,200 yen per night, so if you use this, you can essentially park your car overnight for 700 yen. Prices are almost the same in this area.The hotel itself is on the 4th floor and above of a multi-tenant building, with a Lawson on the 1st floor and a beer garden on the rooftop. The building is old, but it's well maintained so it's not too unpleasant. Breakfast is included, but two sweet pastries and a packaged drink are provided. However, you can eat it on the spot or take it out, which is convenient if you don't have time. I don't think it's bad considering the price.There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, so you won't have any trouble finding food or drinks. However, the level of the store is a mix of cobbles and stones, so you will regret it if you do not choose carefully.

I used it to wait for the express bus WILLER.Since I visited at 8:30 pm, I wasn't able to use the guest room, but I was kindly given the opportunity to use the cafe space with manga etc. for a fee, which was very helpful.They were very kind and allowed us to use the self-service drinks such as coffee and tea.The cafe space was stylish and clean, and I was able to relax on the sofa seats.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations since it was close to the station and it was cheap, but the room was spacious and comfortable. However, I feel like the toilet seat in the unit bath was installed in a strange way, but I didn't really care, lol.

I used to stay there during the Sunroute era, but it has changed to an APA hotel.It's undeniably old, but it's convenient because it's right in front of the station.Breakfast included two types of individually wrapped bread, coffee, and vegetable juice for free.There were no rooms available on APA Naoki, but I was able to make a reservation on another reservation site.

The area around Tsu Station is good because it's cheap, close to the station, close to restaurants, and there's a convenience store downstairs (closed at night). The room was normal, with a big sofa or something lol. I was concerned that the wallpaper was a little dirty because the building was old, but the other negative point was that the parking lot was a nearby coin parking lot and it was a bit of a walk.I didn't use it, but apparently they offer a simple morning meal of coffee and bread.

Basically, you don't get more than the price you paid for an APA hotel. For this reason, I tried not to stay at APA hotels, but this time I had no choice but to stay because the area nearby was fully booked. Overall it's below the price. It's not cheap, and it's even more disgusting to think that it's part of the essence of that female president. If I'm going to stay at APA next time, I'll probably camp out in the open.

The location is right in front of Tsu Station, so I'm very satisfied. The room was old, which was understandable given the price and location, but the unit bath smelled very much like urine. When I looked in the wash basin, I saw blood stains that must have come from the mouth of the person staying the night before. I want the cleaning to be done properly. I hated staying in my room and hated going home. Also, the unit bath has deteriorated considerably, and I weigh 70 kg, but if someone weighing close to 100 kg were to ride it, there would be a risk of serious injury. I should have given more credit to the staff, but I am writing this review because I think they can improve this. Isn't safety and hygiene the lifeblood of a hotel? Room 610 was the worst hotel I stayed in, even considering the location and affordability.

The official website states that there are 55 free parking spaces, but in reality there are none and guests have to use nearby parking lots at their own expense.Prices vary from ¥700 to ¥1,200 per 24-hour period from arrival, depending on location.However, there are many small parking lots with space for 4 to 6 cars, and some places are narrow.The hotel itself and the rooms have a retro Showa atmosphere.In the past, smoking was allowed in all rooms, and the smell still lingers in the hallways, elevators, and rooms, so those with an allergy to cigarette smells should avoid it.Amenities included DHC oil cleansing, facial cleanser, and lotion.Many restaurants around the hotel allow smoking.The hotel is right in front of Tsu Station, so you can hear the sound of trains running, but it's not so loud that you can't sleep.The refrigerator in the room is a type with a mini freezer.Freezes well.

I stayed in a non-smoking single room for two consecutive nights while taking university entrance exams.I was grateful that it was closer to Tsu Station than I expected. There is a Lawson on the first floor.The front desk is on the 4th floor and the service is courteous.I was able to borrow a kettle for free at the front desk. I was able to borrow things like pillows and body wash cotton from the shelf next to the front desk.I forgot my vaccination certificate, so I paid an additional 3,000 yen. I hate myself for being stupid.The room is large enough for one person, and if you use all the electricity in the room, you can study at your desk.The hair dryer was a cute little National one. Satisfied with the airflow.There are no particular problems with the bed.There are enough electrical outlets.The room was so warm that I didn't use the air conditioner in my room.The bathroom is a good size. The shower curtain smelled a little musty. The gasket on the sink was also cracked and a little moldy. Good water pressure in the shower. There was no problem with the flow of the drain if I was just taking a shower in the bathtub. The shampoo and conditioner did not make my hair stiff. They also had plenty of towels. Is the bathroom ventilation fan weak when the electricity is turned off? disappear? So after taking a bath, I kept the lights on to prevent mold.In the morning, a free breakfast was included, which included two palm-sized croissants, vegetable juice, yogurt, and seaweed soup. You can also take it back to your room. It would have been enough to get this for free. thank you.They even held my luggage for me on the day of the exam.There is no one at the front desk late at night, so you have to bring your own key when you go out.

About 2 minutes walk from Tsu stationThere was a Lawson on the 1st floor and a beer garden on the rooftop.Breakfast is a morning service consisting of two croissants, vegetable juice, soup, and yogurt. If you don't have enough, go to Lawson and buy rice balls 🍙!

I made a reservation about a month in advance and stayed there on a Friday night, but it was fully booked the day before. From the building entrance next to the convenience store, take the elevator to the front desk on the 4th floor. The accommodation rooms will be located on the 6th to 9th floors, except for one floor. Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM the next day, but the front desk will be closed from 24:00 to 6:00 AM during that time. There is also a drum washing machine, which I thought would be convenient for long-term stays.Breakfast is a service, and there is a restaurant on the 4th floor on the same floor as the front desk, so you can eat there or take it home. The venue was a place where you could enjoy the atmosphere of camping.

I stayed for one night on June 12th. The building may be old, but the inside was clean and the rooms and beds were larger than I expected. The front staff is very responsive and the access is good. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
