A ryokan located next to Keino Matsubara. It's an old inn, with tatami rooms just like you imagine when you hear the word ryokan. There are two types of rooms: those with baths and those without.Rooms facing the ocean are without baths, while those with baths are on the pine bar side, but since there is a pine bar between the ocean and the inn, basically you can see the pine tree from every room.Amenities and yukatas are placed in front of the elevator, so please bring what you need.Additional bath towels are available for a fee.You can also rent party toys at the front desk. The hot springs are open from 6 to 10 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. On weekdays, there are people from the neighborhood who come in with coupons, so it seems to be crowded between 5pm and 8pm. There are fewer people in the morning and late at night. It is a so-called whitening water that is alkaline and thick, and is slightly cloudy. It's not a dripping product, but I found it interesting that it felt like diluted lotion. There is a water server where you exit. There is also a massage chair, but a friend who tried it said that it was ``too old and a bit strange.''Although the room was old, it was clean.Since the house is next to a pine field, insects have been sneaking in without us noticing, so I think it's best not to open the windows. You will need to provide your own futon. The mattress was thin, so I used two and it was just right.Wifi is quite unstable as it is around 10M up and down and often less than 5M. I think this is probably because one band is used in all rooms.I lowered one star because this problem with the slow connection was quite painful.Since the outlets are few and far away, we recommend bringing an extended multi-tap.Air conditioning: The air conditioner was new, so it worked too well.Refrigerator: There is a hotel-sized one on the veranda.Pot: It was on the refrigerator.Hair dryer: Both in the room and the public bath. The location facing the sea was very good.

The room was clean and the food was delicious. However, there was no explanation that each person would be required to have one plate of beef grilled on a ceramic platter for dinner, so I brought a lot of beef and had it pointed out after cooking, which didn't make me feel good. The sea is less than a 30 second walk away, so it might be nice in the summer.

Stayed there with my kids during summer vacation.I came here once a long time ago.Although the building is old, some areas have been renovated and are well kept and in good condition.Since the coronavirus, I have traveled to other places several times, and I have had many disappointing experiences such as lack of amenities for the price and poor quality of food, but here at Keino Matsubaraso. Mr. has incorporated the cuisine of Awaji Island, and the sashimi was fresh and very filling. I was very happy that in the morning there was yogurt and milk from Awaji Island, and there were many other things that I thought I would like to try on Awaji Island.I laid out my own futon in the guest room, so I was able to spend time at my own pace and slept well. The sunset over Awaji Island during dinner is especially beautiful., I was so fascinated by it.The trip was so fulfilling that I would like to come back with my family again.

This is a good inn with a rating of 4.5 on a 5-point scale.A ryokan with a Showa era feel and atmosphere. Although it is not a sophisticated modern hotel, it respects tradition and has an excellent location right next to Keino Matsubara Beach, making it the perfect inn for sea lovers. There is a large parking lot and it is free for hotel guests. The quality of the hot spring water is slippery and feels good. No cold bath or sauna. Meals are buffets for both breakfast and dinner. It's delicious enough. The staff at the inn are friendly, kind and perfect. Convenience store located 1 minute by car. A supermarket (Maruyoshi Center Sipa branch), Yutorik hot spring facility (pool, gym, hot spring facility), restaurants (Taiwanese restaurant Hougen, Ramen Yamamoto, etc.) are also about 10 minutes away by car. If I had to say anything, I would like a sauna and water cooler at the hot spring facility, instant coffee and dehydration mats in the dining room and room, but the price is reasonable, so I would stay here again.

The hot springs were good. I was very satisfied with the buffet meal, where I could eat a lot of local food such as meat and fish. It's right in front of the sea, so it's very nice.

I happened to use it on a cheap plan. There was also a hot spring, and the scenery and food were amazing! The facility was quite old, but it was clean and I didn't feel uncomfortable.
