I came here with a lot of trepidation because I had seen a lot of scary reviews, but if you can stay at an inn in Arima Onsen where it's normal to spend more than 5 digits per night, this is the place to stay for just under 8,000 yen and comes with a free ticket for Kin-no-Yu or Gin-no-Yu. I thought it was something. The floor on the first floor creaked, but there was no problem on the second or third floor. However, there is no elevator and there are stairs to enter the inn, so it is not recommended for people with weak legs or people in wheelchairs. There was some dust near the edges, but it doesn't bother me unless I pay particular attention to it.It's level. All drinks in the refrigerator were within their expiry date. Alcohol is expensive, but Arima cider was 250 yen, which was actually cheaper than the outside store. Best of all, it's close to the center of Arima. Kin-no-yu is about 300m away and the slope is not that steep, so you can get there in 5 minutes. Also, the staff were friendly and responded very politely. Overall, I'm concerned about barrier-free accommodation and noise. I think it's best to avoid it if you (especially) don't like insects, but I think it's worth it if you value price and convenience.

*If you are planning to go, please read this especially.I don't think we have reached a good level of business. The room smells musty and everything in the building is tilted. The mysterious space in front of the women's bath is eerie, and if no one else is staying there, it's very quiet and gives you a sense of spiritual energy. The food is good for this facility both in the morning and at night, so I don't think there is a need for a disappointing dessert. The people who prepare the meals in the room and prepare the futons seemed to be nice people, but it feels like the inn is made up of just that. There was a large insect called Ogeji at the entrance of the room. It's not toxic, but the thought of it being in my bed gives me chills. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Dinner was deliciousRoom meals are appreciated for families with children. The staff are kindDifferent from HP photo imageThe entrance is beautiful, but the rest is different from the image. It was an old inn, and I was scared that the floor was going to fall off on the way to the bath, and the way to get to the bath on the second floor at night was scary.I was even more scared because it was reserved, but I was relieved when someone came along halfway.Unfortunately, the bath I was looking forward to wasn't a hot spring, and it was too warm. It's probably good for children, but you'll be soaking in hot water at home. There was no heating in the changing room, so I felt like I was going to catch a cold.I had a plan to get an outdoor bath ticket, but I didn't get one.At breakfast, I asked the staff when I could get it, and they told me to check out, but I ended up not getting it.I called after I noticed, but the caller didn't pick up and I gave up.Breakfast: The rice was so soft that I lost my appetite.Toilet in the room, washroom, water clogged and uncomfortableThe toilet seat seat was also pulled back a little. The name of the inn is not printed on the car that picks you up, so you won't notice when you come to pick us up.The staff was nice, but unfortunately there were a lot of things that bothered me.It's a shame because I had a good impression of the Arima ryokan I stayed at before.

I will never go there again. |First of all, the inn is too old. The floor is almost completely destroyed. |The room environment is too bad. The dust is going to be sucked out. …

Thank you for your help on our family trip. As other users have mentioned, the building has a somewhat Showa-era feel. But above all, the attentiveness of the staff at the inn is the best. Both breakfast and dinner were served in the room, so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I would like to visit you again.

I went with my husband's parents and a small child. The good thing isKobe beef sukiyaki for dinner. It was very delicious. The kindness of the staff. My father-in-law had bad legs so he moved me from a room on the third floor to a room on the first floor. Other responses were also provided immediately.Bad pointsI knew from the reviews that the inn itself was old, but I was honestly surprised. The wall has almost every gap between it and the pillars, and I'm afraid it's going to peel off. Spider webs on the ceiling. The floors everywhere are so bumpy that I'm worried about falling. The bathroom was cold and dirty, the ceiling was leaking, the shower head was hard to use, and the water was lukewarm. The square tiles on the floor of the hall in front of the bathroom were peeling off in many places and felt very dirty. The slippers are like old toilet slippers, they are slippery and difficult to walk in, and you have to put pressure on your feet when going up and down the stairs to get them off. The futon is very heavy and difficult to use, and even with the heating set to 25 degrees, it's a bit chilly.Maybe he won't come again.
