From Yokohama Station, Lumine → Sogo → Nissan Global Gallery → YAMAHA are connected with well-maintained sidewalks and decks, so it was a comfortable walk and felt closer than it looked on the map.The area surrounding the hotel is a sophisticated business district lined with new high-rise buildings, and there are few tourists, making it a very relaxing environment. I didn't have any trouble finding the entrance because I had read up on the website and review videos before going.It is difficult for unrelated people to enter, and I think it is safe from a security standpoint.Although the rooms are compact, the large windows provide a sense of openness with views of the upper floors, creating a comfortable space. Thanks to the sheer roll curtains, you won't feel pressured even when closed. It was very easy to use, including the location of the electrical outlets and the small shelf next to the bed where you could charge your phone.Also, the fact that it doesn't have any unpleasant smells is a very important part of being able to relax, so it was a high point.Since it's on a high floor, you won't have to worry about people watching you, so you can enjoy an extraordinary experience.Check-in and check-out are self-service using a machine, so we do not recommend this for those who require service. It felt like a sophisticated, high-class business hotel.The rounded and soft design is relaxing and I really like it, so I would like to buy it again.

It was the first time I had experienced such terrible customer service at a hotel, so I told my story without any emotion, but the person in charge was Mr. Gowda and the male staff member next to him was Mr. Noguchi. . Therefore, I would like to see a review of the training provided during customer service as a hotel located in Minato Mirai, a city representative of Yokohama. I used it for the first time for my husband and wife's birthday celebration. When I entered, there was a space filled with the faint smell of new construction and a sense of cleanliness. Since it was a weekend, it seemed quite crowded, but I was satisfied with my stay in almost everything. When we were in the room, it was so quiet that we felt as if we were the only ones staying there, so we were able to take a good rest. When it came to bringing my birthday cake, the front desk was kind enough to store it for me since it wouldn't fit in the refrigerator in the room. Every staff member I passed in the building greeted me with a refreshing greeting, which made me feel comfortable. I was impressed by how efficiently the staff worked during breakfast. However, once the bread corner and egg dishes were empty, no matter how long it took, they weren't added to them, and I gave up after 30 minutes. It's okay if it's the last order, but it was a bit disappointing to leave it empty an hour before closing, so I'll give the service a minus 1. Another point is that the hotel entrance is difficult to find. I knew it was the Yamaha Building beforehand, but there were no large signs posted along the street in front of it, so I had to walk around the building. This may not be a problem for those who are familiar with the area, but for those of us visiting for the first time, we had a hard time finding the entrance. Especially since the weather was bad. . Therefore, access was also given a minus 1 star.

It was so beautiful because it had just been made! The window in the room was so big that it looked like it would fall in if you were nearby.The bathroom was clean and the facilities were up-to-date, making it a comfortable stay. Recommended for sightseeing in Yokohama!

It's a new hotel, so the hotel is clean.However, since it is on a high floor, some people may be sensitive to changes in atmospheric pressure.Also, I understand the security, but I think you have to swipe your room card a lot.Room wear and small bags are provided as accessories, but there are no pockets, which is inconvenient.
