I really don't recommend using Tsurugizawa hut. Everyone please be careful.Anyway, the staff's response is terrible. All that fun climbing is ruined. If you wish to use the Kenzawa hut, please use another hut. Maybe they had good staff. However, the staff I encountered, especially the young men and women. The man at the entrance was terrible.A grinning attitude that makes people laugh is the worst. Please be very careful when choosing a mountain hut when planning your mountain climbing.

The staff's behavior is very bad.The treatment of young people is especially bad. I wondered what kind of life I would have lived to develop this kind of personality, with an attitude that made fun of people.Your precious mountain time will be wasted. It's really terrible.Everyone please be careful when staying here. Also, even if you buy Cup Noodles, they will not prepare hot water for Cup Noodles. Even though he was very hungry, he just laughed and didn't do anything for me.It's really terrible.Everyone please be careful. If you're looking for a fun time in the mountains, stay at a different mountain hut!

There is a shower in the flush toilet.I was surprised by the awesomeness of modern mountain huts at Starlink. The good thing about this place is the small group system.Never be crammed inIn addition, the UFO hot water drainer is also wonderful.

On the way from Mt. Tsurugidake to Murodo, I suddenly felt unwell and stopped by to use the toilet in this hut, but was told that it was not available for rent to anyone other than hotel guests.I was at my limit so I was in despair.Seeing me in despair, the two young staff members looked into each other's eyes and grinned.I was staying at Kenzanso, but I was really glad I didn't stay at this hut. There were some similar reviews from other people, so I hope this will be helpful to those heading to Mt. Tsurugidake.

Until three days ago, the weather was classified as A, but then the forecast changed to heavy rain and strong winds, so we canceled the event.Cancellation policy is 25% if less than 10 days in advanceIt was a two-night stay with half board for six people, so despite the bad weather, we ended up paying over 40,000 yen.We don't know what the weather will be like 10 days from now, so we recommend staying at this mountain hut until the very last minute if there is a room available.Nearby Kenzanso is 10% 3 days old.

A few years ago, I started to feel unwell, so I finally went to the hut and asked if I could rent the bathroom for a fee, but I was bluntly refused, saying that I couldn't rent it if I wasn't a guest. It was painful and shocking. Other people had written similar reviews, so I knew I wasn't the only one...I sometimes remember how painful that time was. This hut doesn't have a good image...

One person in a party of 4 stayed at Rakuze Hut for the night. The building is new and very clean.I didn't expect to be able to use the shower either, so that was great.Mobile phone reception was weak around the hut, and the inside of the hut was completely out of range, but the staff recommended that we use Starlink satellite WI-FI. It's free for au users, but for other carriers it's 300 yen for 3 hours or 600 yen for 24 hours, so I signed up for a 24-hour 600 yen service by paying by credit card if I could connect. However, it didn't work at all and I ended up wasting 600 yen. It's free for au users, so it's worth trying, but for other carriers, it's a complete waste of money, so I don't recommend it. I thought I should recommend it after letting the staff know that I don't have much contact with them.By the way, when I went outside, I was able to connect to Docomo with at least one antenna.Other than that, it was nice to be able to see Mt. Tsurugidake right in front of me.I stayed at the Tsurugisawa hut because I was staying alone for ten nights, but the Tsurugisawa hut I used for a break was larger and seemed more comfortable.
