Rating 3.5[Sauna Shikiji, Spa Alps, and Kobe Kurhaus] are three major hot spring facilities with delicious water, and Kobe Kurhaus is a 6-story hot springs facility located in the town, but the interior and bathhouse are aging. There are some areas where the washlet in the toilet does not work properly. Please note that this review, including the ratings and reviews, is from Kobe Kurhaus before its reopening. This is a hot springs facility that I have always wanted to go to, and this is my first time. Credit cards cannot be used at the facility, but payments can be made in cash or with various types of electronic money. There is no parking lot, and entrance fees can only be paid in cash from the ticket vending machine (take out the shoe box locker key and get a changing room locker key band in exchange). The restaurant opens at 12:00, and payment must be made before leaving the bathing facility. There is a locker for valuables, a free hair dryer, and towels are included for 1,000 yen for morning baths between 6:00 and 10:00, but if you try to take a bath again after 10:00, you will have to pay 1,100 yen. It's easier to bring your own towel, pay 100 yen more for 1,100 yen, and relax until 2:00 a.m. Please note that additional charges will be added if you arrive after 2:00am. Men and women are separated by elevator floor, but if you go up any more stairs, you'll end up in the women's bathroom, right? I was worried about this when I went up, but they didn't overlap, and without the floor plan and leaflet, I couldn't tell what floor I was on.It was a strange floor plan. If you think the bathhouse is on the level of the changing room, you have to go up, and then you have to go up to find the open-air bath, which is a hassle. Most people recover by taking a private bath.Bathhouses...Unlike Shikiji and Spa Alps, you don't have unlimited access to delicious water while soaking directly in the cold bath; instead, you can drink water from a plastic bottle or hot spring water from the faucet at the bathtub. Around the left side from the entrance of the bathhouse, there are ① Baking soda spring hot spring ② Boric acid spring hot spring ③ Replacement bath (apple bath at the time, bath salts) ④ Cold bath (Kobe water) ⑤ Vibra bath ⑥ Lying jet bath (weak) ⑦ Dry sauna (two entrances Near the entrance of the bathhouse, there is a tower sauna with about 2.3 steps. From the lying jet bath side on the other side, there are 2 lying down sauna rooms, which lead to the tower sauna with about 2.3 steps.) ⑧ Open-air bath (this floor (located on the 6th floor after exiting). In addition, there are sauna goods, a restaurant, a nap room with limited hours, and a rest area.*Images and reviews are of Kobe Kurhaus before its reopening.

When I went there on August 17th, the faucet at the water pump was still open and I was able to draw water. It appears that demolition work has not yet begun.

We are planning to reopen in two years (2026). The manager, Mr. Sakamoto, has been in charge for 33 years and his two daughters are the managers. We are aiming for a fresh start.

I used the natural water from Rokko many times until it closed, and I regularly draw the natural water from Rokko. It is the highest quality natural water and I use it for coffee, tea, and cooking. It will no longer be available at the end of March. Hazu has extended the extension as of July, and I hope it will continue to exist even while Kurhaus is being rebuilt!

Closed for a long time.Major renovation? Rebuilding? If the facilities are significantly improved, I might try it again. However, if there is no cleaning employee who gets friendly with previous regular customers and chats a lot.(I was supposed to have gone there to relax, but the conversation was so loud I couldn't bear to listen to it, and I thought, ``I'll never come to a place like this again!'')Previous impressions``It was very noisy with regular customers and cleaning staff talking a lot.The entire facility has deteriorated significantly over time. The air conditioner in the women's dresser room was leaking water, and we used a hose sold there as an emergency measure (leaving it as it was for a long time). The private toilet room is extremely small. The area from the changing room to the bathroom is the complete opposite of barrier-free (there are no proper handrails at all).If it were true, I would want to give it a negative rating rather than 0 stars, and I don't have any next experience. ”
