It was the perfect hotel for sightseeing in Arashiyama! When I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of this year, I won a ``free accommodation coupon'' in the hotel's divine lottery, and this time I used that accommodation coupon again. My last stay was great, and this time was another great experience! The location is excellent considering the cost of accommodation, and the appeal is that you can access Arashiyama's main sightseeing spots on foot.I was able to visit tourist spots early in the morning and enjoy the quietness of Arashiyama.Furthermore, the proximity to Suzumushi-dera Temple, which is only 12 minutes by bus, was also attractive. There was a bus stop nearby, so access was convenient. It was great that you could easily enjoy not only sightseeing in Arashiyama but also a visit to Suzumushi Temple. The hotel staff were also very kind and welcomed us as warmly as last time. The room had a Japanese design and was calming, and I was able to enjoy the relaxing view of Arashiyama from the window.I also took off my shoes at the tatami room, so I was able to relax and feel like I was at home.Despite staying with a free accommodation ticket, this time was also a special memory.I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Arashiyama and Suzumushi-dera Temple.thank you very much.

Very new, traditional style with a uber modern twist. Very confortable, spotlessly clean and super helpful staff. Well catered for families and children. We enjoyed our day out in Arashiyama and it was definitely worth staying locally. A certain member of staff (Tsubasa) was particulary helpful and kind to us making us feel welcome and at home.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and very nice. The only thing I absolutely didn’t like was that our room was in the first floor which was more like a basement with absolutely no natural light coming in. …
