The soba noodles will be battered.Steamed soba noodles are made with flowers cut out from clay, and soba noodles that are 3 cm wide by 15 cm are also made from clay. Apparently it's eaten with salt, but since it's not cut into pieces, I use chopsticks to eat it. My chopsticks broke. It's not delicious.Personally, I liked that it was cut into pieces that were easy to eat. Also, I ordered tempura, but even though I wanted to eat it with soba, it didn't arrive for more than 30 minutes.I'm hungry and the soba noodles are getting dry. . . .I couldn't help but think that I had forgotten about it, so I decided to give up on the combination of tempura and soba and just eat it instead. The soba noodles were falling apart. . . The only thing that was delicious was the soba soup. And the vegetable tempura was piping hot. I wanted to eat it with you. It's too late!Well, no, I'm not going anymore.

Stone-milled soba Kodaimura offers delicious soba noodles. I arrived before the store opened, but the owner was busy making soba in his work area in the back, and I was excited to see the delicious-looking raw soba noodles. After that, I was asked to wait inside the restaurant because it was a sunny and hot day, so I looked at the menu book, and it was full of the owner's favorite dishes, so I had a lot of fun learning about it.I ordered Seiro soba and tempura. For the first bite, sprinkle with the recommended special salt, and you'll feel the flavor of soba. In addition to locally grown wild vegetables, the tempura included zucchini tempura, which was a rare dish. It's a little hard to find, but the soba noodles you can enjoy in the midst of nature bring out the simplicity of Japanese cuisine.

It was closed during the winter, so we visited again during the warmer months. There is a signboard, but be careful not to overlook it (lol)I had the steamed soba with salt, but it was delicious♪You might expect it to be crunchy and soft because it's been steamed, but it turns out to have a firm texture and strong flavor, making it an enjoyable dish to look at. It was delicious served with wasabi and salt♪Juwari Soba is a thin soba that can be eaten without adding anything, and has a nice aroma and smooth texture. It's sold separately, but you can pick up some wasabi (600 yen) by yourself, and it turns out that wasabi was so delicious! With that in mind, what was the tube wasabi? That's what I thought.Of course, the salt and wasabi went perfectly with the soba noodles. The soba soup is a dry soup that tastes like the soup stock, and everything is delicious until the last soba soup♪It was a soba that soba lovers would want to try. Thank you for the meal♪

I used it around 12pm on a Saturday. When I arrived, it was already full and there was a group of people waiting.I had to turn down the order because they ran out of noodles while I was eating, so if you want to be sure to eat it, it might be better to arrive early. The soba noodles were delicious. I thought the amount was relatively small.

Visited around 12:20 on October 29, 2023You can park your car in front of the store and around the area, so I don't think you will have any problems.I entered the store without waiting, and there were already 3 groups of people there. There were quite a few seats inside the store.Around 12:40, there were about 3 groups.I ordered Sakura for 1,300 yen, and the clerk told me that it would take a while because they had just made soba noodles. It arrived in about 15 minutes, and I had the steamed soba with salt. I really enjoyed the taste of soba. The soba was thinly sliced and easy to eat, and the wasabi was good. It must have been real wasabi, and it was completely different from the commercially available product.I thought the store staff were good people who cared about their customers. Thank you for the meal.

Had lunch on the way to mountain stream fishing.I went there after reading the signboard, but I realized that it really exists in a place like this❗The aroma and taste of the 100% soba noodles were strong and delicious.I realized that this is a famous shop because there were many people with numbers outside the prefecture. The customer service lady was also very pleasant and it was a good store.
