The atmosphere of the hotel was nice, and it was nice to be able to take a relaxing dip in the hot springs.

This is the most comfortable inn, filled with hospitality everywhere. I repeat it many times. Anyway, the food is delicious! Everything from the ingredients to the soup stock to the way it is served is taken care of by professionals, and it is always a perfect meal. (This is the first inn dish that my child ate completely.) The hot springs are 100% Kinugawa Onsen's best in-house hot springs, and you can also enjoy the spa, which is great! In addition to souvenirs, the shop also sells one-of-a-kind pieces by artists, making it as fun as browsing in a select shop. It's a long-established inn, so the floor may be creaky, but you can still feel that, and it's a very nice inn.

There are less than 4 reviews, so what do you think? I thought so, but after staying there, I understood why.First of all, it's old... I can see that they are trying hard to improve it, but the rooms are old and uncomfortable. The floor squeaks, and the toilet, sink, and bath (which I don't use, but it's disgusting and unusable) are noticeably dilapidated. How about this room in this price range? ? ? I think so.To be honest, I can't help but pay more than 20,000 yen! !Are all the staff Chinese? people. They work very hard and respond in fluent Japanese. So, I thought maybe this was an inn bought by Chinese capital. There is a heated pool, gym (fees apply for group use), and spa, so it may be good for families, but these are also the remains of the bubble era.The view from the window was of an abandoned hotel...it was a somewhat heart-wrenching stay. I will definitely never go there again.

The food is great. It was delicious both at night and in the morning. They kindly accommodated my allergies and likes and dislikes, and I was able to eat everything. The hospitality is high, including homemade desserts. The souvenir shop had wonderful, highly original products that you wouldn't find at other inns, and it was fun just looking at them. There was a hot spring, a jacuzzi, and an open-air bath, which was very pleasant.Next time, I would like to stay for several nights and try different dishes.

All of the food was delicious, and there were plenty of different types of baths, including a jacuzzi and standing bath, which was fun.I was worried about the smell since I could only choose a smoking room, but other than that I was satisfied as the room was well cleaned. The staff were also very kind.

I went there for work. The staff at the facility were very kind and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the temperature of the bath was a little lukewarm. There are many types of baths and there is also a pool, so it is recommended for families with children. The rice was also delicious.

The air flowing from the river and the open-air bath in the center of Kinugawa Onsen feel great. The spacious guest rooms had luxurious floor plans, and the distance to the dining hall was close, making it a ryokan that combined the space of a large ryokan with the compactness of a small ryokan.

I was concerned that the staff did not use honorific language. The rice didn't suit my taste either.
