WOW! Quiet, very nice rooms, beautiful onsen at each floor. Perfectly located on the way to the main temple of third Tokugawa Showun Iewasu, this is a true gem. Five stars for sure !! ❤️

Great place to stay in Nikko! We had an annex room with the private hot spring since this seemed to be the only hotel in the area with a private hot spring in the room and western style beds. Staff were very nice at both check in and check out (using Google translate) and made us feel welcome every step of the way. The hotel's location (right next to bus stop 84 on the world heritage sight seeing bus) is great as well.Our only regret is we did not have more nights in our annex room!

A wonderful small luxury hotel with a great location along the west approach to Toshogu Shrine.The room is 50 square meters, so it's not very spacious. We believe that the minimum standard for luxury is 30 square meters, so it's about 1.5, but the windows are wide and high and comfortable. However, direct sunlight is well blocked out, allowing you to work smoothly.The two large tables are connected in standard use, so you can relax. The tatami flooring and comfortable chairs allow you to come up with ideas while changing positions.As soon as we arrived, we left our luggage with us, arranged a taxi for us, and went on a long hike to Oku-Nikko. After checking in, we immediately washed off our sweat and took a bath in the bathtub, which was kept at a constant temperature 24 hours a day. When taking a bath, be sure to open the bath without worrying about insects. Then you can get to work right away.It's all-inclusive, so all sweets and drinks including beer are free, and I think the general public will enjoy the all-you-can-eat Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Like others, I would also like Nikko Okaki and Manju.Although the semi-open-air bath is not a hot spring, I was relieved that I didn't have any skin allergies or the constant heat sensation that comes with hot springs. The private bath in the main building was a hot spring, but it was comfortable that way. It would be more comfortable if the windows could be opened a little more.Although both dinner and breakfast were Western dishes, local ingredients were used throughout and the results were excellent.There were only two groups and three people were serving us, so it was a great environment.After checking out, we kept our luggage and sent it to a hotel in front of the affiliated station, so we were able to see the world heritage site of Nikko until the last minute.Not only was the customer service courteous, but they were also as gentle with new suggestions as if they were repeat guests, and I was able to do a great job while sightseeing in Nikko for the first time. thank you very much.
