I went camping with my friends during summer vacation.I used a free tent site. There was no one there that day, so it was okay even if it was a little noisy until late. We could see the starry sky at night and the beautiful sky in the morning. It's easy to use as it's cheap and you can rent supplies, but it's far from the train station and bus stop, so it might be a little difficult if you don't have a car.

I think it's a high standard. They are well sectioned and well spaced apart. It didn't bother me if it was a normal speaking voice.Showers are free to use and can be used from the morning. The site I used only had one Western-style toilet. But it's very beautiful. It comes with a power supply, so you don't have to worry about staying overnight. We were able to see fireflies in the river flowing through the grounds. It's close to the road, but there aren't many cars so it didn't bother me.The chirping of birds in the early morning was louder. However, I was disappointed that there was a limit of 1 tent and 1 tarp per site.If there is a limit on the number of people in one section, I would like to be able to freely use the site.If we went with two people and each had their own tent and tarp, it would be too much, so we couldn't do it.

1 night at an auto campsite. The site could easily accommodate one tent and one tarp. The area is well maintained, but there is a high probability that the pegs will hit hard stones or something. The shower, which could be used until 10pm, was a private room with a lock and was very clean. The kitchen and toilets were clean. It's close to the road so you can always hear cars. You can also see the lights of the houses on the other side of the road, so it may be a little unsatisfactory for people who want an unusual experience while camping. It was firefly season, so we could enjoy watching fireflies at night.

Use free sites for touring. A motorcycle costs 1,700 yen including facility management fees! However, the free site is about 20 steps up from the parking lot, so it might be a little difficult for people with a lot of luggage. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away, so you won't have any trouble getting ingredients. The showers in the administration building are free for guests to use. However, there is no shampoo etc. I am very grateful that there is hot water in the washing area. Apparently the administration building is open until 10pm. We do not sell alcohol. The free site is right next to the road, so you can hear the sound of running.

I used Autosite for sightseeing in Nikko. The location of the site and the space where you can park your car are clearly separated. There are many tent sites where you can park your car with a bag, and many of the parking spaces are sloped, so be careful when camping using a car side tarp or a tarp in combination with sleeping in your car. Each tent site has good drainage, plenty of space between adjacent sites, and privacy. Both the kitchen and washrooms are clean and have hot water. The park has facilities for children to play, such as athletics and ground golf. It is also a convenient location for sightseeing in Nikko, with cedar-lined streets.
