I took my wife and three daughters and stayed for one night. As other people have said, the road was really narrow, but I managed to get through it with my SUV. (I think the directions on Google Maps recommend that road. There were also wider roads.)The staff at the inn were nice and homey. The food was delicious, and I was happy with the service and souvenirs. The only disappointing thing was that we had reserved a private open-air bath, and the whole family was really looking forward to it, but we were unable to use it because it was out of order that day.As a customer, you check the content and service at the time of reservation and pay the price in consideration, so if you are unable to receive the service, we will respond to you with a partial refund or discount. I would like you to do that.Since this is an unpredictable problem, I thought there was nothing I could do about it, but I felt confused.Osatsu is a really nice place and I've been there several times. If I have a chance, I would like to visit this place again.Thank you for your help for two days.

I went to Osatsu because I wanted to eat delicious seafood. We decided on "Hyosuke" as it had very good reviews! !The atmosphere was homey, and the people staying at the hotel were very friendly and made me feel very relaxed and relaxed.Dinner includes brutally grilled dishes, large boat platters, and individual sashimi platters.Stir-fried with fried mozuku, soup and sea urchin.Hijiki rice etc. And as a service, we also have ara-cooked rice! !They even have a rice cooker with white rice, and it's so rich, fresh, and delicious that I don't even know where to start. The spiny lobster sashimi was still working. It was my first time to eat such soft abalone.Everything was so delicious. For breakfast, I was relieved by the delicious miso soup made from the head of the spiny lobster I had for dinner. The homemade dressing on the salad was also delicious. The meal exceeded my expectations so I ate too much lollolI reserved a private ceramic bath and was able to spend a relaxing time looking at the outside scenery. The room has a small toilet and sink. The whole family slept well in the clean, foam-filled room.Next time I go to Osatsu, I want to repeat “Hyousuke” ^^It was the best family trip.Thank you very much to everyone at the hostel.

We recommend a room with a toilet.I can't finish eating even with the standard plan.A luxurious tub of abalone and lobsterIt is better to put the tairyo-yaki on a plate immediately.Because the water in shellfish, etc. evaporates. The ceramic bath is completely visible from the outside, but the hot springs are the best.

The food is delicious and the people are nice! !Once I took a bath at the specified time, there was no hot water coming out of the room! ! ! This is tougher than anything else.In this situation, at the very least, there is no point in talking unless you have hot water and a bath in your room.

I don't like being bothered more than necessary, but I was disappointed that I was being neglected so much. Was it because we were the only guests?Even at dinner, after asking for drinks, I leave it until the end, because there is no point asking for drinks at breakfast? , I didn't even see his face from the time we ate until the end. It was a system where you had to pour the rice and soup yourself, which seemed very simple. I was very satisfied with the amount of fun I could eat, but the fried and boiled foods were lined up from the beginning and were so cold and hard that I couldn't eat them.
